Love my shark ion robot vacuum
Love this shark robot! Works very easily with the app; it cleans the entire house. I had a hiccup when walmart.com tried to deliver it with OnTrac (it never arrived) but their c/s made good and I ordered it again and it arrived timely by a normal delivery service. It cleans everywhere, including UNDER THE BEDS! If your house is relatively clean, the Shark has adequate dust bin storage. I would not suggest this model if you have a shedding pet. I am one happy camper with this item. I schedule it for its times on the app.

Disappointed
The vacuum always gets stuck on anything, then the sensors won't adjust to the fact that it's not stuck. Which requires disassembly each time, which is 5 screws on the bottom front, 4 use one size tool and the center is completely different and impossible to find. Even with it completely clean. If you can't remove that screw because you lost the tool that came with (if it came with) you are screwed because you can't take apart and clean the one spot that is telling the vacuum not to do its job. I have been looking for almost two weeks for a tool to fit and I cannot find any. I'm ready to throw it away and use a customer friendly brand.

    Don't waste your money
    I returned this vaccum because I was totally disappointed. I thought by it being a SHARK brand it would work great, boy was I wrong! This vaccum runs in random areas and does not clean an entire space because it's just running around randomly. There is no different modes like edge/border, circle cleaning or anything. It doesn't go under couches. The app and vacuum is Wi-Fi based and the app wouldn't work half the time and would keep signing me out of my account. After a few uses the vacuum started making this annoying squeaking sound and it never stopped. Every time I turned it on to let it run you would hear loud squeaking the entire time. I've had my share of robot vacuums and this one is very mediocre. I've had an off brand robot vacuum that has done more than this one. I would recommend saving your money and time and not buy this vacuum.

    OMG… JUST BUY IT!
    I can't say enough great things about this robot vacuum. I had a $400 robot vacuum and it was terrible. Threw dust all over my house instead of picking it up. I returned it and end up getting this vacuum. I can't believe the things that will pick up from sand to dog hair and even dog food. Emptying the canister is simple and you can even wash the filters. Don't look any further and just buy this… You won't regret it. I'm about to buy another one for upstairs!

    When I moved into my new apartment, I made a promise to myself that I'd keep my floors free of cat fur, litter, and other debris by sweeping and vacuuming as often as possible. This helped me keep my promise without actually having to do extra work! It's so easy to set up, and you don't have to be tech savvy at all. It's fairly quiet, and the side brushes allow the Shark to really get the dirt in the corners and baseboards. It can handle the excessive cat fur without any trouble at all, and it's super easy to empty. I love that I can control it from the app, as well as use my Alexa. It doesn't get clogged up, but if it ever were to, it'll be super easy to clean based on how it comes apart. This is a 10/10!

    Easy to set up. Cleans well.
    This Shark Ion Robot Vacuum is the first robot vacuum I've owned and used. It is game changing. This has saved me so much time and energy. It gets all the loose cat hair, debris (both large and small), and dirt off of my floors, and out from my carpets. It was quick, and easy to get the vacuum ready for use (step by step directions are included with pictures). The unit can be controlled remotely by downloading the SharkClean app (on both Google Play and the App Store). Setting up the app is painless as the app guides you each step of the way. You can then schedule cleaning times, start/stop/dock the unit from your phone. You can also use voice control with either Alexa or Google Assistant. This unit has three brushes, collision/ antistuck sensors, and cliff sensors. The brushes work well, and the suction is strong. It navigates well throughout my rooms. It does bump into furniture at times, but the rubber bumpers provide protection, there are no scuffs that I've noticed. It self corrects when needed. I seldom have to interfere. It goes smoothly from floor to carpet, and back again. The unit is able to find and go to the dock station without difficulty. The battery life is great. I am very happy with this unit. It does what I need it to do.

    Squeaks Easily Fixed!
    It does work vacuuming our floor, but only runs a random pattern and bumps a lot. Front wheel prone to squeaking, but an easy fix if you lubricate it with graphite. Good inexpensive robot vac!
