small, easy ac power in car for cheap
This won't power your high power ac devices that need allot of current to run but it will do just fine on laptop computers and multiple iPad/phone ac chargers (they tend to put out more juice than most car chargers, I used a power strip to get a few small items powered off it). It also has a built in usb power plug that charges my HTC phones quickly (not .5 amps like many cheap chargers). Many similar products are out there but the Wal-Mart online price for this is cheapest I had seen, and I bought it on my phone while at Wal-Mart, then just brought it to electronics section where someone escorted me to the customer service counter (separate counter from customer returns) and checked me out! note the shelf price was higher than the online price I bought it at, and this particular item was in the camping section, not electronics.

XI14 Power Inverter.
Good overall quality. I bought a 12v accessory estension cord and put this thing under my front seat as it is kind of loud (fan running and whatnot). I use this to run my kids DVD players in my vehicle and it works great for that. We shall see how well it holds up over the course of time.

    Just what I needed
    I was going to a college football game and had a crock-pot full of pork barbecue and needed to keep it warm during tailgating. I went to WwalMart.com and chose pickup at store and the item was available just in time to make it to tailgating and feed all my fellow fans!

    Well worth the money
    I bought this inverter to go camping with because where i was going to set up my tent had no access to electricity. I ran this inverter from my truck, it powered the pump for my air mattresses (when needed), and ran my satellite radio all weekend.

    Worked great!
    Worked great for my C-Pap sleep machine! Ran all night without draining the car battery or shutting off. I operated the C-Pap without the heater as recommended in the owners manual and had no problems.

    Excellent power inverter for car to AC/USB power.
    Held up great powering a gaming laptop for 12+ hours on trips to Florida with no issues whatsoever, couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend it; just plug it in and you are ready to go.

    Does what I need it to...
    I bought this product to be able to charge extra batteries for my cell phone. (I guess I'm a power user, I go thru maybe 3 batteries a day). Using it for this purpose never runs my car battery down, however I got ambitious one night when the power was out and I needed a fan to sleep (too hot). I meant to go out and start the car 3 or 4 hours after running the fan, but slept thru alarm and at the 5 or 6 hr point my car battery was too low to start the car. So you do need to stay on top of this if you are going to be using this device to it's maximum.

    Powers laptops, tablets & cell phones
    I purchased this Schumacher power inverter online for the very affordable price of $14.00. So far so good: On long trips I use it to power-and/or-charge my laptop and android tablets, as well as our cell phone. In fact I was keeping power going on my laptop for the kids to watch movies WHILE charging one of our android tablets. So it's very practical and useful. I'm happy with this purchase and its reliability.

    Worked for Blow Up Mattress
    We used it for three nights of camping for blowing up our mattress (filled it up first night and had to add more air the next two nights). Had no problems with it working. Am nervous because of previous negative reviews that one of these camping trips we'll be left with no air in our mattress because it doesn't work anymore, but at least for one trip it did the job.

    It did the job
    I brought a fully charged laptop into the car, rode shotgun, and the thing stayed charged at kept me working until I was done. Also charged our phones after that. If I had to do it over again, I would probably buy one with a higher output just to be safe because I was a little concerned that I had miscalculated the wattage, but in the end this one worked.
