Unfinished and dull
My wife and I put these on our wedding registry as they looked like a nice, high quality set, but we wish we hadn't as the knives arrived seemingly unfinished. The handles are rough to the touch and get spongy when wet, also the blades are dull and cut worse then the cheap knives we've had for years. It seems like the set missed their final step in the production line and got sent out anyway. I feel bad that one of our family members bought these for us. Buy something else if you're looking for a quality knife set.

    Maybe I had higher expectations but I've only had these a couple weeks and the wood on the handles are already warped. I'm pretty bummed about it but the actual knife quality is great.
