SEWING TABLE
My wife loves to sew, however, our dining room table was her work station. I decided to surprise her with her own sewing room. I ordered the table from Walmart and set this up in front of our Murphy Bed Room which only occasionally gets used and added clip on lights on either side. I had taken a picture of the table set up and texted it to her on my way to work..........................she loves it. As you can see by the current picture, she has almost completed a dress. Great product at a great price.........

I was looking for a table for my sewing machine and was very excited when i found this table. The design is exactly what i wanted. When i received the table, i got disappointed because the long top piece was cracked in the middle. I called Walmart and was able to get a replacement right away. When i opened the second box, i saw that the short top piece corner was chipped. Since i really like the design of the table, i told myself that I could live with it coz it's only the back corner and not that noticeable. But the moment I took out the long top piece, i saw another crack halfway across the top, not as long as the first package, but it is on the top side so very noticeable. So i called Walmart again and they were very nice and sent me another replacement. When i opened the 3rd package, i almost cried because of disappointment. The long top piece has 3 cracks, 2 on the surface and 1 on back side. They were not deep but at least 5 inches long. I decided that I had enough, since i gave this table 3 chances already, so i called Walmart for a refund. They processed my request right away. I think that the table was damaged during delivery because the package has no foam padding inside to protect the pieces, and the 2 top pieces are placed in the front and back inside the box where they face cardboard box directly. When the delivery guy came to pick up the return package, i saw he loaded the package from the front of his truck where the stairs are, and the front of the package hit the stairs hard. The package itself was heavy too so i could totally imagine how "gentle" the way the delivery guy loaded it onto the truck for delivery. The design of the table is really really nice and I really really want this table. But unless the manufacturer make the package with more proctactions foam paddings, I really don't recommend anyone buying this. But I guess it is impossible for us to find out about that.

    This looks really nice. It took me all day to put it together, but it was well worth it . It's shorter than I thought it would be but I can work with it.

    Don't expect much
    I was so excited for this desk. I found it on Amazon and wayfair but Walmart was about $20 cheaper so I decided to order from here. It arrived a week later than it was supposed to, multiple parts were damaged (looks like it was beat with a hammer in some spots) and the pin to lock the desk side in place doesn't line up at all. Only one of the wheels locks so the whole thing slides around, even on carpet with all my equipment on it. After repainting, redrilling holes, and all the other accommodations I've had to make for this thing, I'm very disappointed. It is a full size desk and it wasn't to complicated to build, so I gave it 2 stars, but don't expect a nice piece of furniture.

    Great inexpensive sewing table/cabinet.
    This sewing table works perfectly in my studio. I've assembled lots of furniture and this was very easy. It took me some time, maybe 3 hours as any furniture assembly does, but goes together well. I did not want to spend a lot for this piece, and am very happy with my purchase. It was shipped very quickly as well.

    Nice piece of furniture
    When I ordered it, I did not realize it would arrive in a flat box and I would have to put it together. The instructions were fairly clear and even though getting up and down and crawling around on the floor is not easy for an 83 year old, I finished it in one day.

    Easy to put together. I'm 72 and put it together on dining room table. Easy directions. I only messed up on panel the connects left side to right side. Got it upside down. Will get contact paper for it. Only thing I'd change is to out stronger magnets on the doors. great price. Free shipping.

    Far exceeded expectations
    I am always a bit nervous when I order something online based on the picture that is shown. However, when I actually saw the fully assembled product, I was amazed how sturdy and attractive it really is! Every piece for assembly was there and all cam and screw markings drilled accurately. I assembled it myself (a 69 year old granny) and as the very well written instructions indicated, all that is required is a Phillips screwdriver and a hammer. I love my new Sauder craft/sewing table!

    Great sewing table especially for small rooms!
    I absolutely love this table! I have it set up in our living room in our one bedroom apartment so it's a cramped space and I have a small corner for my sewing. When this table is fully open I feel like I have my own custom made space compared to trying to sew on our ottoman. I got the dark wood so it matches the rest of our furniture and it's got beautiful markings and the knobs match wonderfully. The shelves and the organizing racks are great for me to be able to keep all of my things at an arms length with out having to search and dig. Mine did have a small dink in it and while I was putting it together it did bother me but now it's assembled I barely notice it. I assembled it myself and with the right space I was in it took me about 2 hours trying to figure out how to rotate everything so I had room to hammer. I recommend this for anyone especially people who don't have a lot of space, this has wheels so you can pull it out and open it and sew and then close it all up and roll it back!

    Sturdy, well made sewing table
    Walmart had this big box delivered to my house at no extra charge, and let me tell you it was HEAVY! My husband took it to the basement where the sewing table would meet its final destination. The instructions were a little bit vague at first, but then as you continued they made more sense and the pictures where clear and concise. It was a step-by-step method with hundreds of parts (ok, maybe not hundreds but a lot). On a couple of steps I had to help him, so having two pairs of hands would help as you put this together. This sewing table is for the occasional sewer. I think that if this is your hobby, and you do this everyday, then swing for one that has more storage space. Although, if one is organized then this table has adequate storage space. It has casters, with the two in the front having locks so that the table will not roll. When the table is closed it looks like a very nice piece of furniture that I would be proud to display in any part of my house. I got the dark wood one. It is all made out of composite wood and made in China, of course, but beggars can't be choosy. I think this table would also make an excellent desk for a student and it would be great in an apartment setting as well. I would definitely recommend this product.
