Great Small Cute N Strong
I totally recommend this product it can print so manny pages fast n easy very nice design classy looks expensive n great ink .. It makes me wanna stay home n work from here

Hard to program
The unit works well but it did not come with instructions and was very confusing to program for wireless use and I even had a Samsung work pad, so I thought is would be even easier and it wasn't.

    The start-up info was terrible; most wasn't very applicable to my model. Contacting the right Samsung person via phone to discuss how to set up and use my printer took about one hour! Terrible. I have never had that experience with any Samsung/HP product. The cables that came with the printer are very short and not usable. Fortunately I found out that I can use the much longer cables that I used with my former Samsung printer with my new Samsung printer. So far the new printer is performing OK. Don't really like the paper tray set up and I don't know how I will deal with possible paper jams with this new printer. Price was very good. I would only recommend based on the price that I paid.

    Great for everyday printing at a great price.
    I bought this for my everyday black and white printing to save money on ink costs. I have another printer that I use for color printing. This Samsung Xpress M2020W is fast, especially great for multiple copies. I can print wirelessly throughout my house.

    Best deal all around!
    Some reviews complained of only one hundred pages before needing a new toner. One must remember all new printers no matter what brand come with a starter toner which is limited in printed sheet capacity. Also how much print is on a page also limits the number of pages so if you are printing graphics which uses up toner over 75-80 % of the page then your number of pages will be considerably limited. I bought this unit because buying a new printer is cheaper than buying a new toner for my old Samsung ML2525 plus I get added features. Be sure to check out the MANUAL section especially when reviewing compatibility issues with OS Operating Systems. I could not see any mention for Chromebooks which has its own Chrome OS. Plus RAM and MEMORY capacities require more when using Windows 10 so make sure your PC meets those specifications. I am currently using a Toshiba Satellite duo core laptop and have upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 10. THE BEAUTY OF SAMSUNG PRINTER is that the DRUM is combined with the TONER whereas with other manufacturers they are sold separately which can become very expensive.

    Easy
    I setup the printer quickly by loading the software on each computer, I didn't have to do anything to my tables or smart phones. They recognized the printer as an AirPrint. I don't use a USB, everything is wifi so I can put the printer where there is only an outlet.

    Upgraded!
    I purchased this printer to upgrade my previous Samsung ML-1665 laser printer. It is insanely easy to set up. It performs like my original laser printer, which is what I wanted, but also includes the extra features of wireless printing and AirPrint. Setting it up took less than 2 minutes and I was able to print from my MacBook and iPhone. Excellent printer & excellent price. It is also quite compact which is awesome, especially compared to a lot of laser printers.

    Great printer for the basics.
    So far this printer has been the perfect choice for me. I only print an occasional email or return label and didn't need a lot of extras, this is perfect.

    A Very Good Purchase
    I already have a nice color printer but hated when others used it for documents and such so I went ahead and bought this printer for documents and black and white printing. I am very pleased at how easy it was to set up the wireless and how nice the prints are. Also, setting up my wife's Ipod and my Android Smartphone was easy as can be. I click "print" on a document either on the phone or computer and the printer responds quickly. This is just another Samsung product that I have found to work great
