Excellent Product as Expected by Samsung
Once again my expectations have been exceeded. The quality of the picture along with the many functions I am able to program and use with goes above and beyond what I was hoping to receive. I have multiple computers, phones that are all communicating with this Smart TV along with voice control etc....all working with no trouble. I would definitely purchase again if I had to do it all over again.

Disastrous CEC implementation
While one might think this TV would be able to play well with devices from other brands, they would be wrong. From the moment the TV is turned on, it switches my Denon receiver to "TV audio" even though I source my audio directly through the receiver. Once I switch back to TV, 60 seconds later and periodically during use, it switches back to TV audio. NOT helpful!! Also when I turn the TV on, one of the CEC signals results in my DTA being completely reset, therefore I have to set my DTA back up EVERY time I turn my TV on!! While this is a common problem for Samsung televisions with ARC connections, this one is worse: while my previous model would at least switch to TV audio when I used the Netflix app, then released it back to TV upon exit (exactly as it should), this device never switches to TV audio upon activating an app! So while it frequently switches to TV audio during TV/BR/AV usage, it DOESN'T when I actually want it to!! Additionally, they've removed the "universal remote" feature, a (mostly) helpful feature which not only allowed the main remote to act as a remote for my DTA, it also allowed me to view and program a guide for my cable lineup. This is notably absent in this model, while the guide button is on the remote to make potential buyers THINK it is present. Basically, as abysmally as my previous models functioned, this one is worse by far. Unless you plan on switching inputs on your TV (i.e. not using a video pass through/ARC-compliant receiver), I DO NOT recommend this (or really any) Samsung television.

    The picture is amazing.
    This is our first 4K smart TV. We are very pleased with all the great features like YouTube. It was easy to connect to our receiver with the Digital Optical Cord. The remote is easy to use and very responsive. We are looking forward to many years with new TV.

    Superior Image, Great Features
    This TV is great. The image quality is very crisp and clear. I definitely recommend this if you are in the market for a new tv. The apps and features are very easy to use and very useful. The only con I have noticed in three months of using this tv it that it infrequently lags a bit when switching between tv and the apps. Overall I would recommend this tv for your next purchase if you want ease and convenience and very clear high quality image.

    THERE IS A REASON THIS IS CITED AS THE BEST VALUE MID-RANGE 4K UHD TV!
    I watch movies and sports! When my brother offered to give me something for my home I looked around and decided my Sony 32" HDTV had served its purpose for 8 years well enough. I thought I would stay with Sony who had been the manufacturer for my last 3 tvs, but he suggested I look at Samsung, that he has very happy with his. I did a lot of research online and in-store before I gave my brother my final choice for this 50th Birthday/Chanukah gift. This SMART-TV is great for movies and sports and gives me access to the web really fast. This TV is well rated at www.rtings.com and is a 2015 BEST BUY in Consumer Reports. I didn't get the voice command remote control nor 120 hz of the JU7100, those are "extras" you pay for. I could have gotten a 50" JU7100 with those extras and stayed within budget or a 60" JU6500. The screen size was more important to me. My next step is the wireless keyboard, until then, I'm just screen mirroring with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. If I was more of a gamer, I would have gone for the JS7000. I'm not. FINAL NOTE: The speakers on this are tops. With a volume set at 8 it is equal to my old tv at 32. Yes, I hooked it up to my home audio system, but that's not my point. These speakers are better than people have written.

    2 days and failed
    After watching this tv for a total of 2 days, a green vertical line went up the right hand side and had to have a service call to look into. Will update more/less stars after the service call.

    Firmware 1210.6 is still not allowing wired or wireless internet access
    This TV still has buggy / bad firmware and software. I cannot get it to connect to the internet and every other device I have at home connects just fine. I've tried wired and wireless and it worked the first time then 2 hours later it refuses to connect and just says I have no internet. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THIS VIA SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR USB ASAP! Until then I cannot recommend this product.

    PICTURE GREAT, SOUND STINKS.
    The picture is awesome. I am really impressed. BUT the sound is about as bad as it can get. How do you justify putting the speakers on the back of the TV so it goes against the wall. Sounds great if you pull it out and get behind the set. Oh, I sure I figured it out. You want to sell us sound bars. I am really disappointed. For what these sets cost the sound should be as good as the picture.
