Great upgrade for older flat screen TVs
Very good picture and surprisingly good sound (did not think it needed a sound bar upgrade). Bought for my elderly in-laws. Major technology upgrade. Great integration with streaming services and an intuitive remote. Compelling deal on last year's model.

TV didn't last two years
for how much i paid for it i expected it to last several years. but it didn't even last two years. i was getting bars at the bottom of my screen at the year and a half mark and this morning i woke up to my tv continually turning off and on again every 5 seconds. it's completely unusable now and i'm afraid i'm going to have to buy a new one.

    i have had numerous samsung tv's in addition too cellphones,monitors soundbars etc. i have never had an issue. this tv has driven me crazy since i purchased it. it freezes, powers down on its own. my youtube tv app has sound only half the time. i have to reboot the tv. it's frustrating

    "Smart TV" = constantly crashing.
    this is the worst tv i've ever had in my life. complete waste of money. do not buy this tv. and i've been a loyal, satisfied samsung tv customer for 20 years. the picture is fine. the audio is fine. but the "smart" features, are anything but. the software on that runs this tv is constantly crashing. none of the other six tv's i have in my house that are also streaming have this problem. only difference is that they are not samsung "smart" tvs. samsung - stick to the display technology- you don't know anything about "smart tvs". i can't tell you how frustrating it is to deal with this tv on a daily basis.

    purchased oct. 2020, and now the tv is turning itself on/off despite doing all troubleshooting. the tv does have a solid picture but it quickly fades if you step to the side of the tv. that, to me, is one of the biggest negatives i have with the tv. all else is fine.

    This TV is great in size and value. I love the ease of use and the quality of the image. It's definitely a must for all samsung phone users as you can mirror your phone. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a TV that they can count on with no glitches.

    So disappointed
    if i could leave negative stars i would!!!!!!!ordrred a tv 1st one screen distorted 2nd tv same . the 3rd tv wouldnt connect to wifi the 2 nd day. went thtough all the troubleshooting etc etc. all my other tv's and devices connect except you guessed the samsung tv. 3 strikes you're out. based on my experince ill never buy another samsung tv. paid top dollar for trash im so disappointed.3 tvs seriously!!!!
