Good phone
Phone looks great and so far is pretty good. I'm impressed. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed by was the delivery. I was told it would arrive on Tuesday when I checked out but it didn't arrive till Wednesday. I know its only a day but that extra day felt like a lifetime with no phone. Sad thats the way the world has become. Overall tho, I am very happy with my purchase.

Terrible..would not recommend
Does not hold a charge for more than 2 hours with maximum battery saving on, and several times a day i have no service because it cant read my sim card.

    Arrived on time, had no trouble installing the SIM chip and activating a new, cheaper, carrier. The price of the phone was less than what I was quoted to repair the broken screen on my Grandson's S9.

    Not unlocked.
    Phone is described as unlocked. I tried to set it up before my son started school and found it is a locked Verizon model. Now, the refund date has passed and I am stuck with a $124 paper weight.

    BAD IDEA; DONT DO IT!!
    I am very unhappy with this phone. I knew it was used and refurbished but I didn't know that entailed me getting a phone that has constant glitches and screen that goes black and doesn't let me use it for a period of time. this was prolly the worst mistake in a purchase ever.

    it's okay! i'm not used to the edge sides around the phone. I'm used to LG stylo's edge, you know, the straight "box" design, that's i like the most. Anyways, this samsung galaxy s9 is okay. I can't explain more because I just lost it in the river when I was tubing yesterday. SO.. ha... oh, this phone is unlocked, yes but it is by Verizon and CDMA. Not GSM. 'that's why i got a little upset about it but doesn't care. Just wanted to give a head up! This phone is unlocked (Verizon).

    very dissatisfied customer , I bought this phone and it will not connect to my mobile carrier`s internet , it makes calls and sends messages I'm a gamer and I need my internet to work , I called my carrier and stood on the phone with them trying to trouble shoot why it would not get internet for over at least an hour .

    S9 is Hot Garbage.
    This phone is garbage. Came w a broken screen and ew qually broken help to return the piece of trash. And when you type you hhhave to select the lettere, confirm the latter then send the letter to text box. WITH EACH LETTER OF EVERYTHING YOU TYPE. Meanwhile I still dont have a phone. Because my mail carrier wont pick it up and i have transportation. NO ONE CARES OE IS TOO INCOMPETANT TO FIND ME QN ANSWER. .
