Arrived Broken ! The fingerprint scanner has a crack down the center and will not work. Corners are scratched and chipped. Dissapointed, will be returning.

    Don't waste your money
    Purchased this phone in late November as a Christmas gift. Thus not used until a month later. The phone is defective, does not maintain charge more than 6 -7 hours after charging all night. I informed seller of the issue, offered no assistance other than take it some place to have fix. Defective product and Horrible customer service.

    This phone appeared to be brand new. Considering ebay sells refurbished items that are up to operating standards and not always cosmetic standards I was happy I went this route. I am pleased with my purchase months later no issues or concerns with phone. It is functioning as if I purchased a brand new one.

    Phone locked to T-MOBILE network-NOT UNLOCKED
    While the phone was in fairly good condition, with only moderate scratches and scuffs, the phone was NOT UNLOCKED. IT WAS LOCKED TO THE T-MOBILE NETWORK AND the Device Unlock app would NOT UNLOCK IT.

    The phone appeared brand new but had a new 3rd party cable and a samsung charger. It seems to work perfectly on family mobile though I had to buy a byop kit to get a sim. This was a good replacemen for my wife's s6.
