Very impressed
I'm really impressed with this television! Firstly, the 65 inch is the perfect size for over our fireplace. I like how sleek the remote is, so it looks nice. I also appreciate the picture quality when playing video games - I can pick out details well. I am most impressed by the sound on this TV. I don't own any sort of sound system, but just from this TV it still feels like the sound is thrown around the room. My only bummer to this TV is that I think the main screen can be a little hard to navigate, but I'm also not sure that I can't customize it to fit my needs a little better. Overall, I'm still learning, but would 100% buy this again!

The picture was great until last week
The TV now has four window lines that apparently are not covered by the warranty. The product is seven months old

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/12/2022Where is the xbox app?I bought this tv on black friday specifically because this model was listed as one of the 2021 models that were supposed to get the xbox app when they rolled it out on December 6th.. as far as I have researched , and I have been relentlessly researching this, every other model on the list of compatable 2021 smart tvs now has the ability to have the xbox app. Why did they skip this one when it was clearly stated by samsung amount the models to get it? I tried to update firmware and it says I'm already running current firmware 1251 but on the support website it says it should have the 2111.1 update so I downloaded the update to a USB drive and tried to manually install it but it still says my tv is up to date.. that doesn't make since.. i hope I can return this tv so I can get one of the other 2021 models that got the update earlier this week. Any help would be much appreciated and would raise this to a five star reviewDavechap4444

It's impressive to be able to get such a nice tv for about the price of a good iPad. Some Samsung tvs seem to have a motherboard issue. I'm hoping that won't be the case for me. I do suggest hooking the tv to a sound bar/home theater system. The native sound is tingy. They probably had to sacrifice the sound in order to produce such a light and thin tv.1sttimeSamsungbuyer

The picture quality is so clear and perfect and feels like I'm at the game. The kids like how user-friendly the TV is and they all download their favorite apps and stream their favorite shows from different apps. My neighbor came over for the first NFL game of the season this year and was blown away by the quality of the TV. The next day he went and bought the same TV because he said he can't watch football on his old TV since he watch football on my new TV at my house so he went and bought the same TV .This is by far the best television I've ever had and I highly recommend this product to everyone.Love2watchnfl

The TV will occasionally revert to other settings which can be a pain, but overall the UI is pretty intuitive. I'm a bit sensitive to HFR so I also like the added options to toggle things like resolution and motion smoothing. Overall a great product!Akiwuff
