Bad decision to choose this one
I should have sent it back. How do you make a laptop bag and have absolutely no cushioning whatsoever on/ at the bottom of the bag question mark did the person who created this never have a laptop? And why would you put a pocket with a half inch Velcro snap at the top when it's on the part of the bag that gets turned upside down when you open the flap? I can't put anything in there that is small enough to slip past. That means I can't put a mouse in their I can't put sunglasses in there I can't put keys in there or candy or coins or earphones or basically anything. I should have sent it back.

    Cheap and OK for books.
    What I liked: Cheap. Long shoulder strap. Large size. What I didn't like. Only Velcro to hold flap closed. Items easily fall out of the outer pocket on the flap. No interior straps or dividers to hold laptop/tablet. No padding to protect tablet/laptop. It's ok to carry your books or lunch. You will probably lose stuff out of the side pockets and pen holder.

    Pretty, but not practical
    It is pretty, but it offers no cushion at all to protect a laptop which was the main purpose for which I bought it.

    Several Flaws
    This item works great, except the front accessory pouch on the outside is held closed by a single square of Velcro. This means you risk dumping out any smaller items when you open the bag (It opens upwards, like a laptop). Also, the Velcro holding the main pouch closed doesn't line up, so the result is bunched, not smooth like in the picture. The description says there is a hole for headphones, but there is not. Not super important things, but really inconvenient (Especially the accessory pouch). I would not buy this product again.

    Not a laptop bag
    I returned it w/o using. No padding to protect laptop and only thing keeping the flap closed was the Velcro.

    To small and cheaply made
    I bought this tip hold my laptop and some books. It's really small and cheaply made. It's more of an elementary/middle school tote bag. It c doesn't have a computer protector pocket.
