Very durable!
I was skeptical because these SPRI Push-Up bars came in pieces, but I am pleasantly surprised by their sturdiness and durability. I am just getting into a little strength training and am doing pushups while on my knees so I can build up upper arm and body strength. These push-up bars are just what I wanted and needed! They are lightweight buy reliable and made very strong. I can take them outdoors or use them indoors-depending on the weather and where I enjoy working out. The hand pad is nice and cushiony also. Seems to me like a great little product!

SPRI - Product Failure (weld) Hazard
I used these push-up bars once. I weigh 192Lbs. While using this product I fell on my face due to a weld failure. I have a 4 level posterior cervical fusion. This is completely unacceptable in a physical wellness product.
Please see the attached photo's.
This product is garbage.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/10/2023Works fine but screw holes less than desirableThey work as described. The issue is that one of the screw holes wasn't exactly round, it was more oval and it was impossible to get the screw in. My husband is going to use pliers to get it in. Otherwise, I tested it without the one screw tightened and they are fine. Provides a bit of relief for wrists and gives you a tad bit more depth.Unknown

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/22/2022This one didnt last a weekI got it delivered on a Sunday, and I just did my workout on 2 days and the bar broke and I got injured in the process. I am just 160 lbs, so it's not like it was holding a lot of weight either.Sreejith

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/28/2021Great way to improve your chest workoutThese pushup bars are well built and have eliminated a lot of wrist pain for myself when exercising. I sustained a pretty serious wrist injury a few years back and it hurts now to do pushups with my hands flat against the floor. If you find that you have a similar condition you are going to love these bars. They also allow you to get more depth in your pushup. They can also be used for tricep exercises. I gave this product 4 stars because the wing nuts loosten easily and that is slightly frustrating.Unknown

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/24/2021Pushup bars better for people under 200 pounds.I'm a little mixed on these push up bars. The following is why I think they might be better suited for some people and not others. Each comes in pieces and is easy to put together. The problem with the (assemble yourself) design is that they just don't feel sturdy when I use them. The assembled bars are held together with simple butterfly screws, and when I do more than maybe 10-15 pushups they start to come loose. They don't hold tight very well and with the metal being somewhat thin, feels like I will strip the screw if I try to tighten it any tighter. They also feel less sturdy the heavier the person using them is. When I had people of different weights try them out, the heavier the person the more they would seem to wobble or "creak and moan". They just didn't feel very strong. I would have preferred a solid bar of thicker metal welded together. I normally use 50 lb dumbbells as push up bars because they are super sturdy and I can lift them off the floor as part of workout (double use). I was intending to use these bars on lunch at work because I can carry them in my backpack. Hauling a pair of dumbbells to work everyday isn't very feasible so these bars would have been ideal. I just don't trust these to not break and let me fall on my face haha. If you are a small person (maybe under 200 lbs ?) they might be ok for you. If not, I would recommend looking for something that feels stronger or more stable.KmmeF

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/24/2021Great for toning up work out.The SPRI push up bars are very easy to assemble and are quite sturdy. The foam cushion on the hand grips are very comfortable and the non slip feet keeps the bars secure in place on the floor. When doing regular push ups I always get some pain in my wrist but when using the push up bars it takes all of the strain off of your wrist. Also while using the bars you can get a much better stretch at the bottom of the movement. Depending on the placement of the bars you can work different muscles. Put the bars on the seat of a couple of sturdy chairs and you can also do tricep dips with them. These push up bars are a good addition to any home work out gym.Jmo1983

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/23/2021UsefulWe received this item in exchange for our honest review. My teens use these to exercise with when doing pushups. My son really loves them has been using them daily since they arrived, my daughter isn't as big of a fan, she says it makes pushups harder to do for her. They appear very well made and good quality. I do feel they'd be extremely valued for someone who does pushups in their exercise routine.Akka57815

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/18/2021Feel the Burn! These SPRI Pushup Bars are Bomb! They give a superb stretch and you can "feel the burn" in your core... Abs, pecs, shoulders, traps, biceps, forearms, glutes, back, hamstrings, quads... they work your entire body. Better than just pushups, these bars make it feel like you're doing a combination pushup-PLANK. They are stable, have a great, comfortable grip and provide an unlimited amount of positioning to suit your workout needs. Also, they are super Easy to assemble. I recommend them if you want to stepup & enhance your workout.Lolo
