So far so good
Luckily I had enough patience, after receiving it, it took me two hours to set up my computer, the computer was a little slow at first, but it was brand new and ran for a while without any problems. The only drawback is that there is no color option for the laptop, I want to buy one for my daughter who is in college and she likes white.

    Great Laptop for the price
    We bought this laptop for our daughter starting high school. It works great. The touch pad is a bit sensitive. The setup is straightforward and very fast, in particular when you set up using a windows account. The computer has a nice sleek look. Kind of reminds me of a MAC.Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

    Worst laptop ever!
    Do not waste your money! It is awful I'm so many ways! It has a hard time staying connected to Wi-Fi, the cursor is extremely hard to get where you need it, it clicks on random stuff itself, and so much more! I've had less than $200 laptops that work so much better!

    Horrible laptop do not buy
    This laptop was horrible I knew it was a scam when I first saw it because of the price but it was too good to pass up, when we got the laptop it came with Microsoft store not installed which I tried to reinstall but we had problems running it as administrator the laptop also can't run any games I'm sure it would not even be able to run the jumping dinosaur.

    Absolute trash
    This computer is an absolute waste of time and money. Don't buy it…. Cheaply built, won't hold charge, I just tried to factory reset it and it didn't even work. Overall this computer gets a 0 out of 10. Thought I was getting a deal on it but turns out it's not even worth the deal that I got. This company needs to shut down and stop taking people money.

    its severely discounted because the prices are fake and theyre pretending its a better product than it is. downloaded a game, cant play the game, cant delete the 20gb it added to my used memory. cant stay connected to the Internet, its a cpu issue not an Internet issue. just a glorified typewriter, only good for writing blogs and forums and that's if you write it elsewhere and copy/paste when the Internet is working.

    Buyer beware when purchasing technical stuff.
    I'm very disappointed with this laptop. I thought I was getting a good buy when I ordered it on 12m July because Walmart was competing with Amazon Prime. It's slow, throws me off the internet repeatedly, and I have problems getting into sites. What makes it worse is I can't even return it because of your policy that tech items can't be returned. This item wasn't shipped from Walmart but from another company Lesson learned, I guess.

    I sent a total of four emails to the seller inquiring about the shipment. I never received the first response. The laptop is very cheaply made kept losing my Internet connection that was saved and had trouble downloading some updates. This seller issued a QR code for my return to FedEx, which will not work anywhere aside from an official FedEx hub. I had to drive over an hour to get the return process. I would not recommend purchasing from the seller.

    Piece of junk
    Laptop arrived yesterday. Worked great! This morning, it tells me I need to make important updates to the Windows system. I gave it the okay to go ahead after I closed the writing app I was working with. It began downloading, said it had them all downloaded. I saw one change to installed. I left the room for a fee minutes and when I came back I had this black screen. It's been this way for at least 8 hours. It won't even turn off and I can't pull the battery out to let it reset. So…as far as I know right now, it's an unusable piece of junk. I will update this if anything changes. I will be trying to get in touch with some sort of customer service.
