More RAM than the S21
I thought it was a great phone for the price. I was concerned at first because many of the reviews said the phone was not new, but an open box or renewed phone. Mine was new with seals intact. Also, more ram than newer models.

The s21 was defective and crashing non stop the store I went to didn't have any Samsung in stocks at all to replace my defective brand new phone. Very disappointing

    Great phone with SD card storage
    Great phone with sd card storage. I loved my s10 but a software update fried it. Got this phone in 1 day. A little big but i love it!

    Free headphones, no headphone jack
    I think it's funny that my phone came with a free pair of headphones, but the phone itself doesn't have a headphone jack. Other than that, I am fairly happy with this phone so far. Time will tell, as I've only had it for a few days at the time of this review

    I just purchased the S20+ and I am getting along just fine with the phone. The camera is really good, the screen is crystal clear and narrow enough to fit in my pockets just fine.

    If S20 has the overall durability of the S7...
    My first new Samsung phone in over 4 years. My S7 Edge finally succumbed to age. I've only had the S20 up and running for less than a week. If this S20 has the overall sustained longevity of the S7, I know I will be happy with this product. Only time will tell. The S20 size is suitable for most jacket pockets, purses etc. It is lite weight. Learning to navigate the touch screen with all the available apps, and having all 3 buttons on the right side takes a little getting used to. Can't speak to the endurance of the battery life just yet as I haven't exactly put it to the test of a day full of multiple screen activity. Music sound quality is ample with the ability to select equalizer settings to suit your needs/environment. 5G speed is amazing; every app opens credibly fast. Videos play smoothly as well. S20 "so far so good." Here's to hoping.

    I've had my new phone for 2 weeks now and am enjoying it. Was super easy to sync everything from my S7 to this S20+. Its definitely an improvement in terms of speed and response. I really miss the touch home button on the front of the phone. Having to use the push button on the side close to the volume is not convenient at all especially since its also the power button and used for print screens. The phone is a bit too long, doesn't fit well in traditional size pockets of pants or small purses but it seems like all the new phones are this size. There are a few other quirks with notifications that you have to get used to. The camera works well and battery lasts a long time. I got the 20 instead of 21 for a few different reasons and am glad I did.

    Have enjoyed the phone and some of the new features. The camera is awesome. The 5G service seems to be making a difference. Glad i did the upgrade.
