Best Samsung Phone!
Everything about this phone is ideal. Use of apps is simplified allowing tasks to be completed without much technological knowledge. Best feature for me is the ability to connect to my computer. The built in stylus is also a huge plus.

I ordered a New phone Bronze Galaxy note 20 Dec1 online the company sent me a used ugly color phone not the color I ordered and it was used sent it back Yesterday at Wal-Mart now I'm waiting on my refund. I will keep you posted Wal-Mart

    phone was reported as lost/stolen. took it to verizon to see why the data was not working and they kept it as a reported stolen device.

    Misleading and Pathetic customer experience
    Misleading.. please be vocal when you are selling a refurbished product. On the product details page it said it was a new phone which comes with one year warranty by Samsung. I ordered a bronze colour phone but a mystic gray Color phone with multiple scratches was shipped.

    Fantastic smartphone!
    I've had my Note 20 Ultra for almost a year now and it's amazing. It's fast, has awesome cameras, long battery life and it's gorgeous!

    This is my first Samsung phone. I used to run nexus devices for my last two phones. I was used to stock android. After experimenting with the note 20 ultra. I'm hooked on this hardware and software. The round edge screen provides depth and access to more actions with a swipe over the right edge of the screen. The S Pen is very useful as a stylus and remote. The battery outlasts most of the competition. This is very advantageous with my job reviewing information for customers.

    This is why I love Samsung
    Let's start twitch the screen big,bright, fast, and beautiful. Everything looks good on this games movies I mean come on it samsung apple uses Samsung displays in there phones:) . Next is the snappy Ness very fast haven't had any trouble with any app. Went on vacation and I took some of the best pictures ever especially night ones we explored caves and even without flash this camera somehow see more light than me. And of course what were all here for personalization. There isn't another brand out there that makes your phone feel like only yours. I am a little sad to see samsung pay switch to Nfc only nothing made me smile or be happy to have a samsung more than someone going oh we don't take appl pay and I'm like great. This isn't Apple it's samsung and it works pretty much anywhere that has a card reader.

    Has sd card and other items that are being removed on new phones. Phone performs consistently great. I have used with 2 carriers and worked great with both. It is going to take a lot for me to give up this phone.

    Maximum Phone!
    I had the ROG Phone 2 before the pandemic. Such a beautiful phone that did everything great, except make phone calls. As the Pandemic progressed and I relied more on phone calls for work, the ROG Phone 2 had to be replaced. I looked at all the available options and settled on the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. The Huawei was an option but seemed risky. The Pixel was an option, but didn't compare to the Note 20. The Note 20 has a fast processor, 512 Mega of Flash Memory, Android Support, Ram, Stylus, Huge Battery, the best of the best. Did I mention Stereo Output? Micro SD card? This Note 20 has so many features. The screen is awesome. The glass is not scratched AT ALL with over a year of use. The price was the most I ever payed for a phone, that is true. I plan to use the phone for four years or more. The value of the phone today is a couple hundred less than what I paid for it. I bought it early to maximize utility. Also, I haven't dropped a single call so work is happy. So far no regrets and lots of satisfaction. Let me know if you find a good Android game. Thanks, Good Luck.
