Dunno much but I know this...
I like the fact it's a new phone, Well new to me. It's super easy to understand because it's an android. My pictures look amazing. My themes look amazing. I'm just still excited... YAY!!! NEW PHONE!! So far a good purchase. I don't like how Samsung is forcing me to do everything thru their apps. May be better but it's not what I'm used to. The phone case issue. It is a S8edge so a regular case pushes my protective glass off my phone and good luck finding an inexpensive phone case made for an edge. I've looked everywhere. Seriously though my only 2 complaints.

    Buy a new phone not a refurbished!!!
    I have been using this phone for 1 year and the charging is not working. Tried with several charger but the problem is the phone. Dear SAMSUNG, can you help me?

    Has hacked products. Low quality as well.
    Totally got a rooted phone that won't update because of unauthorized tampering with the system. Has scratches that look to me like huge gashes on the screen. Got a replacement coming so let's hope it's useable unlike the one I got. Not happy with the quality for the high price. Hurt my trust with online shopping. Sounded like a great phone coming from that well scripted, speech like description. Then crushed me and dismantled my excitement for getting a new refurbished phone. Now I have to jump through hoops to obtain what I paid for. Pretty penny. I got scammed basically how I feel and I work hard for the money I get and this has to happen to it. Pretty much the phone out all my financial, personal, and assets at risk of basically being stolen. So please take care with the products you sell and be as descriptive with the info about each product as you are in just your statements about each product. Thank you for your business.
