    It's a nice computer, but for a student it's not a good laptop, especially if your STEM student which requires you to download lots of programs, and majority of the programs such as SPSS is not compatible with this device.

    Broken out of the box, can't get service
    I bought this for my wife to replace her old one. It was a Chirstmas gift. We did not actually open and set it up for several months. When we did we learned that both the keyboard and the mousepad were malfunctioning. I called Samsung several times and was eventually told it was a hardware problem and to return the machine. But it appears I cannot do that and there is no apparent way to contact Walmart on this topic.

    Started to freeze up in the middle of me using it 6 months after having it and I have to hold the power button down for like 20 seconds for it to work again , still basically brand new I rarely use it cause I'm barely home.
