Great TV, great picture
TV is great, big and has a great picture and color. We love the details as we watch sports, feels like you are right there and all the preloaded apps, make it easy to get to all the great places to watch our favorite things. The biggest disappoint is the remote is powered by solar. We unfortunately do not get enough light in our bedroom to keep this up and going on a regular basis. I wish it had a battery compartment to help with that. Other than that...love the color, brightness of the picture and sound. Highly recommend...this item as we love it.

Worst purchase
We have always been Samsung buyers but this has been a bad experience. We can't get it synced with xfinity after hours of live phone phone conversations with Samsung and Xfinity. We also think the picture is more sharp on our old tv. Very disappointed.

    We are so pleased with this television and all it offers. It has Voice command and it was easy to learn how to do all the options. The picture is so clear for such a large tv. We have all Subscription options for anything we could possibly want to watch and with the easiest access. We Love It!!

    Great picture, but poor panning.
    Picture is sharp and bright, but when the content is a slow panning panorama the picture becomes jerky and updates in hesitant jumps instead of smoothly panning. This is a problem with the tv's internal video processing. If you watch a lot of travelogues or nature films, this is not the tv for you.

    Seamless integration and easy navigation
    Everything I need at the click of a finger. Love that I can turn my remote over and it charges it back to full. Can seamlessly go through all of the viewing selections, bouncing around between Hulu Netflix and YouTube in seconds. The picture quality is superb too. Don't regret putting the money down.

    Awesome tv.
    TV is great. picture is one of the best I've seen easily connects with all my other devices. The only criticism I have is with the newer app store, not only are there reduced selections. But can't side load them either, so I still have to have my roku hooked up. Even with that being said I would by one for every room if I could

    Great but not great
    The TV is fantastic with the picture however when switching in between game mode and not game mode it seems to have a bit of a hard time differentiating whether or not it's playing a video game or not. It'll even be in game mode and then I'll have to turn off game of the turn back on game mode to get the clear visuals that it typically has in game mode. I don't quite understand why this model doesn't enable Bluetooth I feel that at this point in time and technology all things especially TVs should be bluetooth enabled without having to purchase any extra adapters.

    TO MANY ISSUES
    bought the samsung q80a july 5th delivered july 22,2021. 1. there is a black spot on the upper right screen. tried to wipe it off with a microfiber towel but embedded in the screen 2. the voice is not synching with the person talking. 3. took forever to get a the picture correct. make sure your cable box is set to 1080p and you have the correct hdmi cables. go online and get excellent cables . not necessary to spend alot of $$'s on cables

    Did not live up to its reputation
    Very disappointed. Heard lots of good things about Samsung TVs and I figured the huge price tag would be worth it. Unfortunately the tv did not meet the expectations. The tv is extremely glitchy. The software/ operating system is slow and not the most user friendly. I've had several apps crash, start over, be u responsive. Multiple times per week. Picture quality is good but of no use if it's difficult to use the tv. And for the price I expected so much more.

    Probably better than 3 stars.
    i opened the box today, got it mounted and hooked up and turned on and updated. so far picture is very good and for me it will be a learning curve which i expected. my problem which i will try to post a pic is that on the front left of the screen there is a small bar code label that looks to be difficult to remove and has some residue that i do not know how to get off without damaging the screen. i tried a chat but will apparently need to call someone during business hours. i really can't believe a sticker like this was placed on the front.
