Love being able to see works of art
Wish the wood frames were not so expensive. Did buy the sonos soundbar as the TV sound was not enough. Like the art, would

Wall mount Fail.
Very disappointed. After ordering an expensive TV that was intended to be a Very flush wall mount and picture frame design, I was extremely disappointed to find out you have a huge quick connect box that the TV needs to plug into. We had all our ethernet and power located behind the TV so this was as easy as it gets. the quick connect totally defeats the purpose of this unit. Not a single promotional add includes this huge box and all the wires that will need to be exposed. To top it all off. TV would not even turn on after we got the mess all put on the wall. HUGE fail Samsung. HUGE FAIL! would have been so easy to have an extra set of inputs behind the freakin tv.

    Not worth the cost
I had my kitchen remodeled and was so excited about this TV. It is all fluff and not worth the money. It's in the kitchen and not connected to cable. It gets horrible wifi reception and doesn't pick up channels even with the antenna. My TCL on the back porch is a much better tv. I liked the colored frame option and sleek design. I wanted a white tv. It's created so it's difficult (has a large VESPA) to find a stand if you're not hanging it directly on the wall. I did find one eventually. Save yourself the cost if you're not connected it to cable. Who does that anymore any way?

32 inch missing some key features
i have two frame tvs the 55 (2021) and 32 (2020). the 32 doesnt have the motion sensor so you have to manually turn the art on and off (the option is on the samsung art app but doesnt work on the 32?). also, the 32 isn't 4k like the 55. both tvs look great with the added bezel. i have the modern pink bezel on the 32 for our nursery and the beveled white bezel for the 55 in our family room. both tvs have a lot of glare but i think samsung has fixed that with the new 2022 models. the picture quality on the 55 is better than my q6 tvs (65 and 75) that i have in other rooms but the 32 doesn't have great picture quality.

3 years, the "black bar" showed up in the middle
its overall a good tv. but after about a year, i started to get black "burn-in" at the bottom of the screen. then about a month ago, i got a heavy black bar in the middle of the tv. would have thought the tv would have lasted longer. after reading a number of reviews, with photos, looks like this is a common issue.

misleading title, 32" not the same as others
be careful when you purchase this. compared to all their other tv lines where the size differences are solely a size difference but same specs otherwise, the 32" size is not the same screen refresh rate, 4k panel, etc. i went through a month thinking i had the wrong attachments on my end to the tv, or bad streaming media. very misleading advertising of their product; now instead of a crystal clear picture frame i have a highly pixelated 32" monitor that hardly excuses itself to be a picture.

So much to Love and Hate...
the frame is a beautiful piece of engineering. it cleverly hangs flush on the wall and displays your pictures in beautiful color, like a giant picture frame, just as advertised. but the interface is terrible. surprising that a samsung would make such an amateur interface. the remote only integrates a limited number of sound bars. my 7 yr old logitech has better support. optical audio is constantly switching back to the tv. an ad taking up prime real estate next to your home button. you don't actually own your tv. the art mode ui is worse. they must've designed it in an engineering bubble. there are so many weird quirks and omissions, but i only get 800 characters. if their phones worked like this, they would be laughed out of the market place.

BUYER BEWARE: The Frame TV sold without a Frame
don't be fooled like me - the frame tv is sold frameless. you must order a customizable bezel (which is classified as "an accessory" and, of course, costs extra) or you'll just get a regular looking tv. how they can advertise it as a frame tv but then classify the very thing that makes it a frame tv as an up-charged accessory is misleading and borderline bait-and-switch.

    Research before buying a Frame
Great image and sound quality are spoiled by a train-wreck of an interface and non-functioning features. Art mode is buggy and only works intermittently, and slide show locks up the device frequently. There is no rearranging or shuffling art. Ambient mode is incompatible with other features like Art mode. Frequent power off/on cycles of the One Connect box are required. I am hopeful, not optimistic, that Samsung will release an update to the software that will address the many deficiencies, but I have learned the hard way that these are persistent issues which have been raised for almost two years. Had I realized the extent of the issues, I would have purchased a television and saved big money.
