Looks Great
great picture, looks great, sounds great. easy to scroll through menus. easy to set up and install in our bedroom (wall mounted). takes some time to get used to the remote; it is pretty touchy if accidentally grabbed the wrong way ;) we love it…works great for what we bought it for.

Broken TV
tv came broke cant seem to get to the right person to get it fixed have had a ticket open since this thing came. my reviews keep getting censored hopefully this one doesnt. i cant stress enough how bad this experience has been. product is broken. i have asked for managers to help this is my plea.

    Great tv for the money I could spend!
    best quality picture on any tv i have ever owned. setup was simple and it walks you through each step. everything that they tell you on the listing is accurate and true. i have added a few apps and there are many many more i can still add if i choose to do so. i have it linked to my iphone 11 and i watch a lot of youtube videos off the phone on the tv. if you are looking for a quality made tv with an outstanding picture look no farther. i also know i questioned if the reviews were real or fake. i assure you i am a real customer. so take my word for it and get the 65” samsung you won't regret it.

    I love the clear picture and features
    i love my new tv. it really brings the room together. it has a very clear and colorful display and the speakers are great as well. i live in an apartment so we dont even need a sound bar. this was also a great price. love the product.

    Amazing picture quality

    really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.

    This TV has great features and astounding pictures quality. I am blown away by the Samsung quality picture and apps on the TV. The movies and views of it are totally worth it I recommend this TV. The TV was very easy to install! You do need two people to get it out of the box! The remote is nice and sleek! It has solar charging which is nice! The speakers give nice clear sound when watching movies! The family is going to enjoy this Samsung TV. Our old TV had none of these features! Amazing! Pictures are crystal clear and easy on the eyes. It has a fast processor making sports and action movies sleek and clear with no lag.

    The TV was more than we expected, great color and 4k is amazing! The baseball game is great with vibrant color and the speed of the processor is fast! Crazy good watching movies and really enjoying his television!. Samsung has really out done . Set up was easy right out of the box! Pretty simple and it connects to your phone which is great as our older TV did none of these things! The remote is easy to use and control the TV! it is slim and sleek! Great remote its light weight!

    The Samsung 65" Q80A QLED 4K Smart TV is state of the art! The picture is crystal clear and perfect no matter what seat you are in! No blind spots or glare. The sound (Quantum dot) is incredible and travels with the picture. It comes with Samsung TV which is a subscription free TV service with over a 150 channels and growing! The remote control is solar powered and charged by the lights in the home! No more looking for batteries. I love the on screen TV guide as well the built in voice control. You can change the channel, search for content, control smart home devices using just your voice. The screen can also be customized to display graphics or artwork when not in use. There is so much this television is capable of including mirroring your Samsung phone screen with the tap of a button! I've only had this television for a little over a week and I'm looking forward to making new discoveries as I learn what else this television is capable of doing!
