Great product!
Great tv! I was tired of tvs being the black hole that sucks up the focus of the room but this tv is great to avoid that. It's very skinny and unobtrusive and people do think it's a painting of piece of art!

Warning!!! Dont try cleaning your screen!
i purchased the 2022 85” matte finish samsung frame tv and tried wiping a tiny fingerprint off of it and now that tiny fingerprint is a huge smudge that wont go away. i have read other forums and found that other people are having the same issue. apparently the new 2022 matte finish tvs cant be cleaned without taking the anti glare matte finish film off with it. i used a dry microfiber towel, then a damp one. my tv is ruined!!! this is unacceptable!!! i dont know what else to try. any solutions?

    Great TV, a few drawbacks.
    Love the picture. Love the matte finish. Love the internals - it's fast and responsive. Things I don't like; the cable it ships with isn't rated for in-wall, and the in-wall rated cable is on indefinite back order. I'm pretty sure every person who bought this TV wants to run the cable through the wall, right?

    Looks so beautiful!
    I am not a techie person. I like how it looks in my living room. It's beautiful. The interface is kinda clunky but I don't watch that much TV so I don't care. My kids got the hang of it quickly, I'm an old so I fumble through it. But for me, it's worth the price and works as well as any other TV in my low-tech opinion.

    The TV that doesn't look like a TV
    We live in a historical home - to be more specific, a home built to look like a 1690s colonial. We needed a TV that didn't LOOK like a TV. We opted for The Frame and installed over one of the fireplaces and added a traditional gilt frame from an aftermarket company. I keep seasonal period paintings rotating when the TV is not in use, and to the casual vistor it just looks like nicely framed artwork. Does it look like a real Van Gogh on the wall? No. But it's a big upgrade from a big black panel hanging there. You can add your own rotating images too, so the options are endless. Good picture and sound, solar powered remote - would buy again.

    Art Lover's Dream
    This is the best purchase I've ever made. The back lit screen brings the artwork to life. I can sit and study classic old artworks and change the ambiance of our living room instantly. I can't wait to mount some of my own doodles on it so I can mingle with the masters ;) Switches to TV instantly and I'm liking the mat screen that illuminates the reflective glare as well.

    Why aren't all TVs this smart?
    Love Samsung products and have always purchased their TVs--but The Frame is the best one by far. The design is so smart and set up was easy. I use mine primarily for streaming and the picture and sound quality are excellent. I really love the Art Gallery function. The TV hangs over my fireplace and I love being able to regularly change the art on the set--gives the whole room a different feel.
