Too Good and Easy!
I have bought this brand for years and then couldn't find it as Walmart stopped having it on the shelf at the store I shop. I use it in several things that has buttermilk in the recipe especially Banana Bread. I keep it covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator and it keeps forever or until you need to replace. They could put more measurements on the container.

POOR PACKAGING in shipping.
The product is good, but it was so beat up in shipping...it was useless. When shipped, it was put into a mailing bag and squished, milk powder was everywhere.

    Great product for cooking!
    I have used this product many times before and always does the job! Great alternative to fresh buttermilk that is not used that often and tends to ‘go bad' Before it's time !

    Arrived with damage to the container
    I haven't used this because it arrived with damage to the container and the foil safety seal broken open. After the seal is broken it is supposed to be refrigerated after opening.

    Now I can bake recipes calling for Buttermilk
    I used to ignore recipes calling for buttermilk because it isn't always convenient to go to the store, purchase some buttermilk, and then have it go bad because I didn't use it all. Now I don't feel guilty because I don't have to throw away any unused buttermilk. I simply scoop out the amount needed, add water to it, and use it. Very simple.

    I rarely ever buy milk - which by the way, if you need buttermilk right away for a recipe, add abit of vinegar to milk, let it sit to room temp. & your good to go, the warmer the better to activate it, canned milk will do good too, if baking. Back to this item - I bought this from a store many years back & it works great, I'm not a big fan of straight up buttermilk, but for biscuits, pancakes ect. this blend works great & it keeps really good too, last container I had sat in a pantry for 3 years & was still good to use. so, it's a good item to keep around. I once mixed it with bisquick & powdered milk and had the perfect mix for instant biscuits, pancakes, coffee cake ect. by just adding water. this blend helped in rising too. shipping was fast & safe. thanks, will be back for more to stock up on.

    Poor packaging
    The product is good, but packaging was poor. The box was mashed, lid off and contents spilled over all rest of order. I had to clean everything including myself and floor when opened. It was returned to the store and replaced. Wanted to advise that packaging of this product needs more attention. Thank you.

    Excellent to keep on hand
    Perfect for baking any recipes that call for buttermilk or sour milk. Actually, not bad for sipping on a cup, after letting it sit mixed in the fridge overnight. You can keep this on hand without the inconvenience of having to run out and buy buttermilk when you need it for something. Can't beat it.
