PARTS DO NOT FIT WELL
I assembled the shed last week. Assembly took almost 2 hours because the parts were molded so poorly. This replaced an identical shed the lasted over 20 years. The new shed is made of much thinner plastic and the bottom already has stress cracks from standing in it attempting to complete the assembly. No where in the instructions does it say not to stand on the bottom. This shed is very poorly made.

    Great product!
Great product! Love the size, durable and easy assemble. Just lay out the pieces before assembly, and snap in place. No instructions, but easy enough to figure out. Very happy :)

    More room than I thought.
Was a lot bigger than I thought which is a huge plus. The front faces the west, and is very windy where we are at, and the top stays secure. I also love the front doors, with the lid.

Why the change in quality of the material?
I have two of these salt box sheds, I have had them for more than 5 years. the first one I bought is a much heavier grade of plastic than the second one I bought. why did you change the material thickness? I keep bird food in the lighter one, in buckets with lids but the squirrels must be able to smell it and have chewed holes right through it trying to get in. The other one with the dark green lid is much heavier material.

    Easy to put together.
I bought one of these over 15 years ago. It is as good as new. I just bought two more. It takes two people to assemble but that is just because of the size of the pieces, not heavy, just floppy.

    Great Size
It went together quickly and fairly easily. This product was the right size for what I needed. My only comments (wouldn't call them negative exactly) are: 1) the instructions weren't particularly clear about assembling the floor of the unit. Picture shows inserting from the front, however really need to insert floor about 2/3 of the way before swinging sides next to floor and inserting in side slots and then pushing floor to back and snapping into place. After that it went together very quickly (rubber mallet helped snap floor into place). 2) As other reviewers have stated it is not particularly water tight. After assembling the doors and with the doors closed, there is approx 1/4" gap between front doors and side wall. It looks like they intended a curved piece on the rear of door to engage the sides but the tolerances on the "hinge" location don't allow the doors to close gap with sides. This isn't particularly a problem in my case as the items I'm storing in this are already water tight. Altogether, It is still a nice medium size shed and I would definitely buy another. I only deducted 1 point due to comments above.

    Assembly Problems
Bought the shed yesterday. I have come to the conclusion that Rubbermaid needs to spend a little more on quality assurance. There was so much molding flash on the snap fittings that I could not get the back to go together. After an hour of trimming flash, I still cannot get it to go together as shown in the instructions. I would suggest that Rubbermaid label the carton differently. It should clearly state that assembly requires at least two persons. The instructions should be more concise regarding the "sliding together" of the two back pieces. They do not slide together at all. I'm still struggling to figure out how to get them to join. I have worked in manufacturing for almost forty years. I would not accept this assembly for release as I received my shed. I have assembled other Rubbermaid products, as well as competing products, and have never encountered such a nightmare before.

    All Rubbermaid Products
My 81 yr old Mothers house burnt down and everything was lost. We found that the things we could save were the things that were in Rubbermaid containers. The things in other companies containers melted. Our Large horizontal Storage shed, next to the house shed, where the fire started, is in perfect condition. It stood up to the fire and water wonderfully. I will never buy anything unless it is rubbermaid. My mother now has a lot of old photots because they were in rubbermaid containers. Thank you Rubbermaid.

    it works,but
it is together and does what i wanted it to do. BUT not much fun putting together the instructions are a joke joining the back two parts together is not easy as large plastic and kinda sloppy tolerances. so took a lot of work to do it, maybe two people could do it easier but not much fun here the instructions say 20 min to assemble and i spent 1 hour on the back parts alone. the rest fit better. and with it i might suggest staking it down
