dont waste your money
dont waste your money! it looks pretty but that's it. it does not go together correctly. handle and lock were not included. door wont stay shut. its leans badly. removed everything thinking it was leaning because of items inside. nope! junk.

    Doors Don't Fit
    It's a nice looking shed when finished, but the doors do not fit into the plastic only front frame. Might work better if they braced the front opening along with the roof.

    Poor Product Quality & Customer Warranty Support
    In brief on 3: 1. Brand Fans - We are long term fans of the Rubbermaid brand, but this experience has depleted all of our respect for the product and the customer support/warranty for this brand by Newell Co Management. On the product, we bought this product to replace a still working shed that we bought from same retailer more than 18 years ago, and placed this new shed next to the old shed (old shed was still working so we did not dismantle) - we simply bought this rubbermaid shed as preventive - we were over the expected life expectancy of the old shed so we thought we get a new one. 2. Product Quality Disappointing for a brand like Rubbermaid: This shed lasted 15 months, while our old shed that this one was going to replace after 18 years is still standing right next to this one. 3. Very Poor/Non-existing Customer Support & Warranty Support: We emailed (with delivery confirmation) all required documentation and photographs,and have reached out more than 4 times, but no response from original customer support person by the name of Kirsten or anyone else. Summary or our experience to date: Initial warranty information was filed on February 2,2023 and all the requested information and photographs were emailed back (with delivery confirmation) a couple of weeks after that. To date, and after more than 4 emails requesting next steps - we have heard nothing. Included in the email we submitted with the all the required information - we even provided their product development team with a comparison of how Rubbermaid Shed compared to another shed (the one we were replacing with the new Rubbermaid Shed). Both sheds were purchased at same Home Depot, and installed in same exact area. The original shed is over 18 years old and still working but we were worried that it was over the life expectancy of the product, so we bought the Rubbermaid shed to replace it, but did not take it down. In summary, the rubbermaid collapsed in 15 months, so not sure if it was a defective product or quality in general - but we shared our experience with their product development team with the hope that they are able to research and improve the quality of the Rubbermaid shed we put our trust in. Very disappointing experience with this Rubbermaid product and based on all other reviews we have been reading - disappointed it is still being carried by the global retailer we purchased it from.

    Poor Quality Control
    I bought this ahem deluxe shed and had it professionally assembled. The plexiglass windows arrived broken and several parts (screws, hinges) were missing. Customer Care agreed to ship parts. However, before they arrived a gust of wind pancaked the shed due to insufficient structural integrity expected to be due to missing parts.

    Dead on Arrival
    The shed arrived around 2 PM on October 18, 2021 with the box opened and highly damaged. I will not know if anything is broken or if parts are missing until we start assembly. Very unhappy with the condition on delivery. Hoping that everything is there and that nothing is broken.

    Moderate size hail is problematic
    Easy to assemble but after having this for less than a month golf ball size hail (which is not unusually large for us) knocked several holes in the roof. IMHO Rubbermaid needs to design a storm ready shed that will better withstand some of the harsher weather conditions that are actually not uncommon in the great plains states other wise I cannot recommend this product to people who live in hazardous weather prone locations. I will either need to repair the roof or try ordering an entire new roof?

    Not bad for what you spend on it. My door did warp due to humidity after 3 months ans have a crack but it has still held up.
