Poor shipping procedure.
The delivery was fast but the packaging was poor. The model kit was sent in a plastic shipping bag when it should have been delivered in a shipping box. The model kit box was damaged and I had to open it immediately to check the model kit parts. Fortunately the model kit parts where not damaged. This is the first I ever received a model kit sent to me like this. For future deliveries to all your customers please send every model kit bought in a corrugated style shipping box so there will be no worries of receiving a damaged product. This model kit was to be a gift but now I have to order another kit because I had to open the kit to inspect its contents for damage. I will end up giving it to one of the local model clubs holding a model show and contest for their model kit raffles to help the club. I am sorry for this type of review but with the shopping I have done with Wal-Mart this was sub par to the products I have ordered in the past and received with no complaints at all. As I said before please for all future customers ordering a model kit or two please ship in the suggested manner I have said. Thank You for understanding, Lewis.
