Working so far ...
Not sure about the plastic, but seem to be very strong. Hold up my CR-V without any problems so far. The plastic didn't bend even a little bit from the weight. Like the light weight but wish they made it just a little heavier. Sometimes move when driving the car up. I always back it up with a pair of jack stands just in case.

garbage
Used for the first time yesterday to change engine oil on my Toyota Venza. Level driveway, both front wheels centered on the ramps. Both ramps broke in almost the same identical place.

    Product failed
Product failed. 2010 Corolla, small wheeled light weight vehicle. When tire bumped the top end stop, product broke and split in half at the pre-cuts where the wheel would have been sitting. Car dropped to ground. No visible damage to vehicle, but had to jack the car up to remove the damaged ramps.

    Time will tell
Walmart transaction was flawless, quality control of the product not so much. Molding process left large globs of plastic creating pressure points.. if you used them like they are, they are sure to crack. Easy fix that should be done by the manufacturer. Outside of the QC they look decent, time will tell.

    Perfect for the Price
These ramps are very sturdy and we're perfect for lifting my Jeep Cherokee. Took my ground clearance from around 6-9 inches to around 15-17 inches... I think LOL. I was able to climb under and inspect the engine bay from below and reattach my splash guard with ease. There was a bit of creaking when pulling onto them but that was due to some shifting on the garage floor.

Understand the weight rating - be safe!
The specs say the ramps are good for 12,000 lbs GVW, but what does that mean? Lets say your vehicle weighs 12,000 lbs and has four wheels - that puts 3,000 lbs on each wheel, and THAT - 3,000 lbs - is the actual weight capacity of each ramp, as the underside of each ramp says. BE SAFE - UNDERSTAND the double-speak!

    They do the Job
When I decided to change the oil in my Honda Accord, I found that, unlike my previous cars, I could not get under the car to reach the oil drain bolt. What to do? A few minutes later, I found that Walmart sells these. I use chocks for the rear wheels and, for extra safety, a set of jack stands (not that these ramps seemed stressed), but the job goes easy with a few more inches of clearance.

These are a must have for a driveway mechanic. They raise the car higher off the ground than jacks and jack stands and are much safer to work under your car. I wish I would have bought a pair of these RhinoRamps years ago. Not only are they sturdy but they are lightweight and one fits over the other making them easier to store.
