Got here on time really quick phone was perfect in packaging only a couple tiny scratches on the back but that doesnt even really matter with a case on but this phone is really good for the price whilst being refurbished

Understandable it's not going to be in a great condition but it's advertised as as refurbished: being in a good condition, cleaned and good performance- it came SO scratched (don't even know how since those screens are pretty forgiving when it comes to scratching), it was SO dirty and dinged all over and with 80% battery performance - guessing it might be a thing of luck on which one you get and what condition but they should do separate listings then and fully describe the damage and put up pictures so you know what you're signing up for and not wasting everyone who's involved time

    Refurbished product without the quality described
    The iPhone Refurbished but not in category A or grade 10/10. I bought 2 iphone 12s to give them to my daughters who live in Madrid, one of the iphones arrived with marks on the frame of the casing, I made the claim and the response that the seller gave me was only to return it, which is very Difficult and very expensive to carry out from Spain, I suggested a compensation and it was denied. In conclusion I do not recommend these Iphone 12 Refurbished because they can come with maracas, that is, they are not even 8/10. and the seller did not look for an alternative to keep the buyer satisfied.

    Beware! Misleading item description
    First off, I have bought from the marketplace before, and my experiences have been generally OK. First off, seller describes the phone as fully restored (without mentioning the heavy scratches all around). So, when I received the phone and it was heavily scratched, I returned the phone upon receipt to Walmart. The walmart employee inspected the item, and told me that I should expect the refund once the item is received by the seller. Then, the seller sent me a message saying that the phone was damaged and therefore denied my refund request. I am currently on hold trying to resolve this with Walmart, and I want to warn others about this, AND call this seller out on a very misleading item description. Omitting information about the physical condition of the device is not good business. And it was NOT listed as a cheap phone: $361 dollars for a used iPhone 12 that is heavily scratched. You be the judge!

    Not so great but will have to do
    Stated it may have slight wear or scratches but had scratches across screen and indented and chipped metal on body. It was supposed to have hardware to remove SIM card but that was not present either.

    i think i had bad luck with the phone they sent me it has major scuffs from drops on the aluminum band and ot was delayed so it arrived late.

    was i the only one who got scammed? says phone looks new.. mine was busted up. like the recent owner didn’t have a case on at all, it’s super scratched around the sides and the back cameras look terrible around the frame. such a waste of money.. be careful..

    HONESTLY...
    I ordered the iphone 12 white 128gb and the performance of the phone was great but with 88% battery wellness. Yet being honest the screen did have a lot of scratches on it so by the looks of it the previous owner did not take good care of it. I have had my android phone for almost 5 years and do not have screen protector and my phone looks way better. So performance 7 out of 10 and cosmetic wise 6 out of 10.

    Phone looks and works good but charge runs down quickly. The seller provided things to try but didn’t help. And I CANNOT get info on the 2 yr service plan I purchased! I will go thru my phone co next time.
