More than I expected
I got this with the hopes that it would help me relax my muscles after my workouts. It works great for that purpose and it might actually be helping my muscles recover faster. I mainly say that because the soreness seems to go away quicker after using this for even just 15 minutes at a time. Not to mention it feels good when using it. From a product standpoint, the build quality seems pretty good. The cloth pieces that wrap around your skin are well made. The cables and controller are thick and durable. The controller is easy to use and user friendly. The manual describes how to wear it and turn it on and what all the buttons do.

Not for older folks
I needed assistance to wrap these due to being older and having difficulty bending. Calf width barely fits so can not get a good fit. I am returning as compression socks are just as effective and easier to get on.

    Not as advertised ! Heat control does not get hot and you can't even feel any warmth on your legs , The compression is a joke, Don't waste your money!

    Great Recovery Tool
    I am retired and play golf about 3 days a week. I have a herniated lumbar disc that creates issues with my legs. After a day of golf my legs are tired and frequently sore the next morning. I use the air compression Combine 3 setting at maximum air intensity for 15 minutes in the evening. The next day my legs feel relaxed and recovered. This is not only a great value, but it works for me.

    Thumbs up for the overall value of the system
    I’ve been searching for a leg massager for a while and tried a bunch. I’ve tried the super expensive ones and also some cheaper ones as well. I know I didn’t want to spend too much on a version so I decided to try this one and so far am happy with the results. I perform in running activities and at an older age, my legs get sore the next day. This massager helps recover faster without the soreness that lasts a couple of days. The system has 3 modes of compression air that massages your foot/ankle area, calves and thighs. You can also adjust the pressure to your preferred likings. For the money spent I think it is a good valued system.

    Leg compression works as described
    I like them. Think it would be easier to put on if they were one sleeve per leg. The cords and the Velcro sometimes get tangled up. Other than that husband likes them. I tried them and the door piece is too big for my size 6 feet.

    The leg massager is great for your muscles.
    I bought this product since I lift weights and run cross country & track which puts a lot of pressure on my legs and I needed something to alleviate it. I have other therapeutic type things like a massager type therapeutic gun but nothing much really comes from they long term. The whole thing is pretty easy to get on contrary to what I first thought it would be like, and it worked out really well with 3 autonomic or manual modes. I found this super helpful because I have pain in my feet and shins normally and this is just the right thing to help it. For me personally I leave them on me in bed and do whatever I normally do while it takes care of itself with the easy touch of a button. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone trying to help rid soreness and help find a better method of longer term health.

    Next Best Thing to a Massage (But Way Cheaper)
    As a fitness enthusiast I am huge on healing and recovery: massages, foam roller, acupuncture, yoga, compression socks and epsom salt baths. You must use this to appreciate the complete lower body recovery work and ease of use. PROS: this product is very effective with "massaging" my leg muscles to release lactic acid buildup from a long run or hard workout (or just every day life). The best part is the feet: with so many trigger points in your feet, this is the only real way to hit these spots that normally only a masseuse can do. And this product is the cost of getting one massage (at least here in Los Angeles) so it's a sustainable and affordable method. The motor from the handheld is surprisingly quiet. CONS: it is a little bulky and you kind of look like the tin man, but there's no real way around that so you just have to accept that. You're in the comfort of your own home so it's no big deal. You slip these things on and let them do the work. You can read or watch TV and just let it do its thing. It is a required complement to any recovery and healing regimen.

    I used something like this very similar at the hospital but this one is much better and very affordable.My legs and feet are always getting swollen due to being a diabetic.This product has help me alot not only by relaxing my legs ,feet and tight but helping the water that gets trapped in my legs and feet.Best decision I done in buying this item.
