Excellent refurbished phone. Just like new.
The phone arrived with a charging cord. It was in perfect condition. I took it to Verizon and they transferred just about everything over to the new phone. I am very happy with it and glad I got it.

I like the phone, you can tell its been used before which after reading all the wonderful comments about how well preserved theirs arrived I just assumed mine would be the same. The shipping was quite quick, I opened the packaged and turned on the phone to get it set up. After entering all the information needed, and transferring my contacts, photos, and apps I went to put it down for a bit.. turned off the screen and it instantly turned right back on... weird. Come to find out I have a system notification that in which reads a USB connector is connected and then right after says its disconnected and they battle between this until it either gets too hot to shut down or it straightens itself out for a while... it still has this problem to this day, its been a few weeks now. Come to find out many people with this phone in the Samsung community have a similar problem and say it's a bad charger port. Super disappointed that I spent almost $500 on something that isn't up to par.

    came in very good condition, battery got warm during set up, but was also rapid charging so we will see if that's an issue in the future. Phone is unlocked. Bluetooth working on provided s pen/ gestures work.

    This is a real and is the best phone i ever got
    OKAY so i chose the blue note 9 and it came in perfect mint condition, the phone it self really works and is really fast! This phone even came with a charger ans cord. So what i am saying is that it really works! And i got what i wanted THANK YOU DJJFJDDJEJDJ

    So happy with the phone. I've had all the Samsung Note phones since the Note 3. Love the stylus, camera quality, size and build. The charger that was given to me isn't functioning to be honest. And when I left the Note 9 to charge, it ran hot so I immediately disconnected it and used my Samsung brand charger base and wire. I tried to see if the box delivered with the 9 would work for any other device but it still showed an error. Other than that, I'm super pleased!

    Listed as factory unlocked to which it was not. The phone wouldn't work with T-Mobile. Cell Traders finally did offer for a return but I needed the phone at that time with out having to wait. Would I purchase another phone through ? I'm sorry to say but no I would not.
