Nice computer for the money
Very fast shipping. Ordered it on Thursday morning and received the computer Friday afternoon. Computer way faster then my old computer that was about 9 years old. Was very clean when i pulled it out of the box and all the cables were with it. Only thing it said DVD RW mine was a read only but i have other computers that can wright cd’s and dvd’s. Most of the time i use a flash drive anyway

Very bad customer service
Monitor is a piece of junk....weighs about 20 lbs, doesn't work, and getting the run-around trying to get it replaced. Finally got a return authorization for the monitor, after weeks of getting jerked around, and they send me a return label with a 10 lb max....the stupid 90's monitor weighs 2x that, plus trying to find packing to fill the box. Would never do business with this company again, and Walmart should stop promoting them on their website.

    Giant Paper Weight
    Wifi USB adapter stooped working 3 months after purchase and have not used since. I refused to buy another one. Contacted the vendor and received no response. Its now just a machine taking up space. DO NOT BUY.

    Ok this really needs to stop and checked into i know i was buying something a lot cheaper ( but ) I did not know the computer I ordered was made in ( 2005 ) with that being said I found out that you cannot get the parts that you need to restore it as ( Dell ) is the company the computer came from so beware knowing that you are buying something cheap and there is a reason you should not buy anything that sounds to good to be true.... I called ( Dell ) because I thought my computer came with a ( Video Card ) I was Blind you only get what you see and ( Dell ) Said That The Video Card For The Computer Is No Longer.... They also told me that My Computer is what is called NO LIFE LEFT meaning No Part can be replaced for the computer to run as is was made in 2005.....Also it said i was going to get the fire keyboard witch was replaced with a regular used Dell Key board so yeah I learned I am glad i did not spend to much on a computer that is LIFELESS....

    Do not buy it. It was made in 2008 and is not able to process the applications they downloaded on it when it was "refurbished ".

    The computer Stopped working in September..old drives...called discounrkt. risky tol.warranty was up. less than 90 days..availing stuck by this company. she hung up phone. 2020..11/20. bought 8/20. on my charge acct.

    I knew I wasn't going to get brand new quality....
    I knew I wasn't going to get brand new quality....however I was expecting a 19 inch monitor, a working keyboard, and a computer that worked for longer than a few hours. When I tried to get in touch with someone, since there IS a year warranty...I was only given an option of returning the computer for a refund only. I knew I was taking a chance with a refurbished system. lesson lived and learned.

    VERY slow Monitor is very old. I ordered a brand new monitor from hp to have 2 monitors for my work station and the one it came with won't hook up w it since it has an older hook up. Computer and monitor were hp, keyboard is dell. Computer is very loud.
