What you see is not what you get....
Monitors shown are not the monitors included. The ones I received would not work with the computer input allowed.

    Not properly packaged and box was opened when delivered. Product screen size is not the same as stated and nor does it look like what is being presented.

    This is a nice refurbished computer pack, with all the things you want it to have, like a mouse, and keyboard, two monitors, wifi. There is always a risk with used and refurbished products, this purchase is no different; I got a faulty monitor cord, the displayport to vga is not working. I plugged in both the monitors one at a time to the cord that was with the one monitor that did work and they both work so I know it's just the cord. Can you send me another one since it was faulty at delivery? It is the display port to vga cord, and possibly the adapter. Other than that this is a very solid computer pack and I'm pretty sure it's safe and backed by Walmart.

    If you have no patience
    Only reason I'm given it a 2 star. It arrived on time, packaging was just awesomely done to protect the components. But missing the second monitor then when I got the second monitor absolutely NO WAY TO HOOK IT UP. What the point of buying a dual monitor if the hook ups for it are not compatible. I am totally frustrated. I should of taken the advice of the the other reviewers. I'm hoping these people will do what right and make this right and as quickly as possible I'm trying to run a business here. If they and when they make it right I will amend my review. Till then I'm kinda of mad.

    Refurbish not always the answer
    The equipment arrived the tower was dirty, the cords were just a lot of cords everywhere. When i start up the computer the hard drive makes loud noise. I needed a system asap so I went a cheaper refurbish route. Let's hope it withstand.

    Get what you pay for
    Not clean. I know it's a very inexpensive package deal but cleaning should be basic. You do get what you pay though for so I cannot in good conscience complain.

    Items delivered were as described. The keyboard, mouse and wifi adapter all failed on initial setup but luckily I had some spare to replace them with. Overall the pc and monitors work as expected.
