so far so good. Got it for a christmas present for my husband. got it turned on and set up. everything works the way it should. easy set up and it even arrived earlier than expected!

    broken monitor stand
    wasn't opened to check as it was a birthday gift and just opened today and the stand for the monitor is broken and won't even stand up. now its passed the 15 days for return

    HONEST AND TRUTHFUL AS A ON LINE BUYER OF WALMART
    THE VENDOR WALMART USED IS LOUSY. DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS THAT WERE ON THE ORDER(MISSING MOUSE). THE KEYBOARD WAS DAMAGED. I WAS PROMISED THAT BOTH ITEMS WHERE TO BE REPLACED. ONE WEEK HAS PASSED AFTER REQUESTING THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS. ONE THING THAT I DID LEAR THOUGH, THE ADVERTISING WAS DECEPTIVE. THEY ADVERTISE A HP COMPUTER AND YOU ASSUME THE SUPPORTING ITEMS ARE HP, NO SO. RECEIVED LOW END KEY BOARD, MONITOR AND MOUSE THAT WERE NOT HP PRODUCTS. YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS.

    Computer never came on.
    Ill never order refurbished again took out of box never came on. I didnt open box until after I moved so I missed return date. Lesson learned Ill use it for scrap parts. Maybe the screen will work. Needed for work online.
