poor mans macbook for 1/3 the price
Value 10 . Extremely great for $320 comparable to XPS 13 and M1 Air for $1200. Performance 10 . Ultra fast with room for another 500GB second SSD m. 2 sata drive. Quality 8 . Alloy in cased 1080p LCD is clear n sharp, keyboard cheap feeling, trackpad usable Durable 5 . Will likely last 3 years for light use. 1.5 years with heavy use. Reliable 9 . It ran programs 99% of time with no crashes on Windows 10. I wouldn't upgrade to buggy Windows 11. Ports 8 . 2 USB 3, 1 USB C with some charging, HDMI,5ghz Wifi Cons Charging cable too short RAM not expandable to 32GB LCD not super bright, no anti-reflective coating Only 90 Day warranty, 180 Day with premium credit card. Should be 6-12 months.

Think Before Buyin
I gave it to my sister, who later took the laptop to another country. After 2 days of using the ssd, he died, and there was no way to return to the states. I had to give the laptop service and buy a new ssd. For possible reasons, the service said that ssd in the laptop had not been used for too long. I'm very displeased.

    Epic Deal
Powerful enough to emulate PS2 games and have tons of tabs/programs open. Fantastic price point as well.

Worked fine out the box. So far very happy. Quick and responsive. I recommend it. The price is impossible to beat and compares very well with the competition as to price and performance.

    Charging not Working
I like the laptop but it won't charge with the included power adapter. It was good with my usb-c adapter. Well it is not a fully functioning unit. Sad that I have to bring it back to Walmart.

    High-end components but cheap feel.
The specs are amazing for the price! The overall build quality however, feels a lot like what you paid - a bit cheap. I am hoping this computer is durable enough to last a few years, but I am still a bit skeptical.

Robust Linux machine for Very Little Money!
Paid something like $344 (including tax) for this machine. Arrived quickly and in excellent shape...looked perfectly new without any evidence that it was a refurbished machine. I wiped the drive immediately and install PopOS (a version of Linux). It is super fast with PopOS. I cannot imagine finding a machine with these specs anywhere else for this little money. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

Windows will not activate no matter what I tried
I'm unable to activate Windows 10 Home on my laptop due to the following error: Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed. Error code 0xC004F211. I tried the troubleshooter and nothing works. Looks like I might have to spend another $88 for a copy from Walmart or $140 from Microsoft. And I didn't mentioned anything about the horrible light bleeding on both sides of the screen or the very weak "tuned by THX" even by laptop standards.

Can't find better specs for twice the price
I am writing this email on this laptop right now. I haven't had a single problem so far after 1 week. This refurb has the most amazing specs for the price. At this point, I couldn't find these specs on a new machine for twice the price anywhere. I have added a dual boot partition and installed Linux Mint, and it works great. So now I have Windows and Linux on the same machine. I had to update Linux to the latest kernel in order for the touchpad and some of the accessory buttons (volume/brightness) to work correctly, but that is easy through Mint. My only complaint would be the tiny right-shift key. They shrank it to fit in their unique keyboard layout. It isn't that bad, but takes some getting used to. I love the color. I got the blue version. It leans toward teal. Very pretty. The lid is metal, but the rest of the body is plastic. But if you need to cut some costs, that's a clever way of doing it. It still feels somewhat premium. And the color matches perfectly. Honestly, I wouldn't have even known the difference if I hadn't seen it in the video. Also, if you watch any reviews, make sure you are watching a review of the version of the machine with the same specs. It makes a huge difference. The 11th gen i5 is much better than the 10th gen in older models. Plus this CPU comes with much better onboard graphics (Iris Xe) than the older version. You also get a Full HD screen. Plus, with 16GB of RAM, all of these specs lead to a major upgrade in performance from the previous model.
