for a used model and price,better than paying for repairs on laptop-had to get cable for monitor but i aint complaining. i still win

Horrible disappointment
So many problems. First the monitor does not connect with the wires provided; when pc is turned on it makes a loud pitched noise; mouse has a wire when it was supposed to be wireless; not only is the keyboard also wired when it was supposed to be wireless but the entire left side does not even work. Tried contacting customer service through email since no phone number is provided. Have not heard back yet. Extremely disappointed as this was a birthday gift for my son.

    I could not get the wireless keyboard or mouse to work. Tried all ports and replaced batteries dent with new batteries, still no good. I inserted wireless mouse I had off another computer and it worked fine in all ports. So to save a lot of hassle I went to local Wakmart and bought a corded keyboard and new cordless mouse about $24.00 total and now it seems to work great. Giving it 3 starts would have been 5 if the keyboard and mouse had worked.

    Wonderful price and wonderful product. It came earlier then expected with a 90 day warranty because it was refurbished. Easy to follow instructions on setting up. Great value.
