Great phone
I was a little skeptical since the phone was refurbished but my phone came in perfect condition. No scratches or marks. The seller even had a screen protector put on it. My only complaint was that I didn't receive earphones, the dongle, or the correct apple charger.. but they're minor inconveniences for me. Can't beat the price and I love my phone!

I received my phone yesterday had service connected and the phone will not stay on it keeps cutting on and off and is not taking a charge. I have contacted the manufacturer and waiting to see what's going to be done about it

    Be aware
    OK so I ordered this phone on Walmarts website. It did not come directly from Walmart it came from a third-party. The phone arrived as advertised in packaging with all parts. Phone actually looked great and better than expected appearance wise. The phone was refurbished but obviously not checked before being sent out the speaker for my ear was blown out and would only go to like volume one on sound. I went directly to Walmart to get my money back in hopes to purchase a new phone but they would not do that because it came from a third-party. They did however return the phone for me at their cost. The money Was returned to my account within two days which made it nice. At least Walmart took that responsibility. My opinion was/is if you're going to get in bed with third parties you still have to assume some responsibility. In my opinion they did that by returning it at their expense. It was inconvenient but the return process was easier and quicker because I went directly to Walmart.

    Great savings
    The price! This is a good phone in good condition. The phone reports that it needs a new battery soon, but it's still 75% health. I ordered and promptly cancelled the same phone from another online retailer before I saw Walmart's offerings of refurbished phones. Listings here were $100 less for the same devices. And yes! I have told friends that I found this phone here and am pleased with my purchase.

    definitely not refurbished
    Phone works fine functions are all working. The 2 Stars because the phone condition is terrible scratches on screen sides and back. The phone definitely isnt refurbished. I have bought refurbished phones in the past they were in better shape than this one.

    Horrible quality!!!
    Speakers were broken and had a lot of static. The cosmetic damage on the frame of the phone stood out right away. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! This isn't refurbished at all. Battery was 83% Maximum Capacity.

    Wrong end on the refurbish purchase....Life Sucks
    Purchased 2 devices from website; PhoneA: Audio distorted, have to use on speaker. PhoneB: small scratch by camera.. see no difference in the internet speeds only would recommend for price but after paying to refurbish or exchange already refurbished phones.... could cost same as purchase of new products. I think it may have been b/c this purchase I didn't add insurance...would recommend item but not the seller
