Great condition! Eureka it works . One note if you purchase pleases read the description when purchasing this phone required me to purchase a straight talk SIM card and once I installed I called Straight Talk customer service to set up and pay for my plan. Five stars review

Received this phone and it's in bad shape. The back of the phone is scratched up so bad the paint is missing. 2 other places on the top ends are scratched. This was a refurbished phone but it shouldn't look like it's ready for the trash. So dissatisfied.

    I purchased a Iphone form them and took the phone to the Apple store only to find out that the phone that they sold me was faulty. They knew this when they sold the phone!

    Hassle to deal with
    Such a hassle to deal with. Good luck getting any help if you need to return . The only way to get your money back is to dispute the charge with your bank.

    This phone says it's for straight talk, my carrier, but while I was setting it up the phone said it was Verizon wireless. I figured it was an unlocked phone so I put my sims from my old phone into it and it still didn't work. Not only that, it messed up my sims card so that my original phone wouldn't except it, I've move my sims to different phones several times so I know that it was just this phone inparticular. I will be returning this for a refund. It is a nice phone though.

    Arrived in a timely manner however I was unable to activate the device with the Sims kit that was provided and was unaware of this until my son's birthday when I gave it to him as a gift. Went to my local walmart for help unsuccessful no help offered other than call customer service I had done that prior to making the trip and was unable to exchange or refund it in store so my son would have a gift for his birthday. So I bought an additional phone in store but I did receive a refund promptly from the seller once fedex scanned the return label All ended well

    Do not buy
    My son broke his phone last year. So I ordered this for Christmas. His gf was letting him use hers in the meantime. He continued to use hers until this week when she needed hers back. So he finally goes to use this phone only to find out we can't to do anything with the phone. The phone doesn't exist. Was told nobody can activate the phone because the phone was never scanned into system. So I now have a paper weight.
