NOT Refurbished!
I was very disappointed when I received this phone. It had scratches all over the front and the back. Ruined my daughter's birthday! I had to return this and then order another one. I wish I had seen all the other negative reviews before ordering it.

    Excellent phone!
    I'm very happy with the phone I received. There is one slight scratch on the front screensaver that I can find when the sunlight hits it just right. The back is perfect. It comes with the charger and SIM card tool. It works perfect also . Love the light purple color. It comes in a different box, and it's not important because it is a refurbished phone. I will buy a refurbished again in the future.

    Refurbished iPhone 11: Two Thumbs Up
    The phone looks like new and performs excellently. There are only a few minor scratches on the protective glass. The only drawback is it did not come with an owners manual.

    I think everyone gets a little nervous when buying a refurbished phone but this one was great! It was in perfect condition and I received it really fast.

    Amazing with a con
    I got the package super late and got it 1 week later it arrived perfectly fine and i absolutely love it !! the con is that there's a little scratch at the bottom of phone but it's a refurbished so i don't mind !! i love the color and works perfectly fine
