Just a used Ipad
Item is not refurbished. It is nothing more than a used ipad. Showed up with scratches all over the screen and wear marks on the screen from a case that it had obviously been in. Item took three times longer to receive than advertised and even though this is not the shippers fault, upon asking them about it all I got was a you will need to contact the shipping company. I would expect any reputable seller to do this and let me know what is going on. The battery life is not all that good which leads me to believe it was never inspected or changed. It is advertised as refurbished, maybe my expectations are to high for what i think that means. We did keep it instead of sending it back since my daughter was tired of waiting for it to arrive in the first place. We did however purchase the protection plan which I would be surprised if I dont need it one day. Ultimately in my opinion I feel like this is a used Ipad that was turned on to make sure it powered up and was shipped with a new charging cord.

    Apple iPad Air 2 64GB Looks brand new, no scratch, or signs of it ever being used. when I powered on the device it was fully charged which was a plus for me because I was able to setup the Apple Id within minutes. I love it so much i will be ordering another one for my daughter. I am a proud buyer thank you for your service and communication with throughout the process.

    This ipad air came with scratches all over the screen and the charger and cable were heavily used and covered in dirt and dust. Would not recommend unless you expect a heavily used item that appears that way.

    Delayed Delivery Flawed Screen = Subpar Exp.
    The screen has lighting ripples on the left side edge, which is a distraction. I didn't pay $300 for for flawed equipment, when I can pay just a few dollars more, and buy it new. Plus, I originally ordered it because they told me 2-day delivery. I wanted it for my weekend trip. Because it was delayed, I didn't get it in time.

    Broken ipad...not refurbished
    I would give this vendor zero stars. The ipad that was sent was broken. The home button didn't work, the screen was separating from the body and the exterior was bent. My understanding of refurbished is that it would work well maybe a scratch or two but this was such a waste of my time.

    Disappointing
    Have tried 2 refurbished iPads from this seller Vovoya inc. Walmart shouldn't work with them. Neither worked. One wouldn't even charge and one had no sound. Two very simple things that should have been checked. I'll give Walmart credit for making an easy free return which is why they get 2 stars and not one.

    I didn't expect that I will receive iPad with cellular, as I was expecting only wi-fi version. I put 4 star because there was some scratches on the screen and back panel. But overall I'm very satisfied!
