wrong amount
They sent me the wrong size yardage. I ordered 364 yards (7 oz) and they sent me 236 yards (5oz) I got half way through my project and realized the error. I contacted customer service and they said they don't sell in that yardage even though it was right there in print in the email they sent me back. They owe me 889 yards of yarn. If they don't sell that amount they need to fix the listing.

    Surprisingly Good Quality Yarn
    I love the color I got it's not a bright white but more of a cream or bone color. It made a great skull design for a project I am working. It's a really good yarn also it's not fraying or getting a ton of lint built up on it from being taken off the roll like some others I've seen. I will definitely be getting more soon for other projects I have in mind.

    Affordable, Easy to work with
    The yarn is nice for blankets and the price is right. It could be softer but easy to work with. When I finish my projects, I simply wash it on cold/delicate with a generic Woolite and it comes out much softer. I use the Red Heart Soft if I am making a baby blanket.

    It feels a little stiff when creating but it softens up so nice after washing. Love it! I'm making thick blankets and baby blankets to sell and donate to benefits to help raise money, and to donate to homeless shelters. Any way I can get a discount on my yarn purchases? Thanks! They are already a great price but I usually buy a tub full and a tub Everytime I purchase.

    A good sturdy yarn
    I have always used RedHeart - its a sturdy yarn that washes well - I still have things I made with Red Heart from 1967 as the Afghan you see in this photo - This blanket made in 1967 has been through numerous washes - kids playing with it - went on family picnics and was in the trunk of the car for years.

    My favorite brand of yarn i buy it all the time
    I love this yarn . This is the cheapest best brand of yarn that I have ever used. Ive been making dallas cowboy hats like crazy . My customers really love them. This blue is so pretty it just makes everything pop.

    Yarn quality
    Yarn has some fraying spots (all skeins). Skeins do not have equal amounts of yarn on them. One skein was over 9 feet shorter. The other 6 feet shorter. (I am using 3 strands held together to make something). Delivery was earlier than expected. But my completion for the order was delayed as I ran out of the originally ordered yarn before item completed. Instead of 7 skeins I had to use 11 with very little left over. This was a very researched pattern so I know it wasn't an error on the part of the designer.
