Assembled in USA
"Assembled in USA with domestic and global materials". As the head is stamped "India" I can only assume that the handle is the US contribution. I found this cutter mattock to be unbalanced towards the mattock end making an accurate strike with the cutter end difficult. The head casting was rough and the metal appeared to me (based on my experience with similar tools) to be too thin at the eye.
