Happy so far
I can't speak for reliability yet but so far I am pleased with my scooter. Gets me around my 22,000 sq ft warehouse faster than I need to, brakes are great, and even goes up slight inclines no problem. We'll see how long she lasts.

Item Arrived Damaged
It arrived damaged due to the box being mutilated and the items inside not properly wrapped. The bottom portion of the base that holds the handle bar scratched up the scooter that I took it back for a refund. It also did have the oversized tires as described. I purchased it for my daughter's birthday, which was the day after arrival. This therefore put me in a stressful situation where I have to go out and find her something else, after I had promised her this scooter. She was a little disappointed, but I told her what happened and told her I would buy her another one. I want her to have this one, but is a little reluctant to purchase from Walmart again.

    Was a birthday present. Takes the load off my old
    I am fairly happy with my scooter but the seat needs work on the bolts /screws that hold the seat tight. Never really worked since I got it. Put new bolts in and still won't hold seat in position. Aside from that my 15 year old service chihuahua rides with me in his puppy pouch. Loves the cool breeze in his face and then I put him down and walk or trots next to me. Problem I'm having is battery power fades fast and have been stranded and had to push scooter home many blocks. Could it be that the battery was never charged the right way? I did at first charge it for the 8 hours but after a couple years it seems to lose power faster and won't take us full distances. Is this maybe from a battery issue? This is Butkus but I don't have a pic of us riding the scooter while he's in the pouch. Help if you tell me if I overcharged it or if this a problem with other e300s thanks

    The battery must be charge every month according to the warranty. It's no good for seasonals who go back home for 6 months

    I bought this scooter for my son on October 29 for his birthday. My husband put it together and tried to turn it on and we noticed the power switch would not keep the scooter powerd on the very first day I received it. So I thought well no problem I had the scooter for 11 days ill take it back to my local Walmart. Not that easy I went to take it in and I was informed that they could not accept my return because their shipping label machine is broken. So we left and went to the next local Walmart and thier shipping label was conveniently broken. Now I have no choice but to take this scooter back apart and repackage it and take it into FedEx myself because Walmart will not take back this low quality iteam and return my money. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER ITS JUNK AND THE RETURN PROCESS IS VERY DIFFICULT SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. If I could rate zero stars I would but it made me give them a 1 star

    Idea is perfect, comfort-ok, speed-ok for 10 min
    I love the concept of this scooter. It is comfortable and snappy. For ten minutes. It will go up even the slightest incline. I am only able to ride it foe ten minutes after an overnight charge. For $300 I was expecting to go further than around the block. Why make the product if it cannot transport you anywhere but down the street.

    My choice was wrong
    Worst product ever, it doesn't even run 3 miles, the battery performance is very bad, chain has lot of problem, I will never suggest my friends to buy it. I wanted to return it back if they are willing to take back and pay my money.

    Granddaughter loves it!
    My granddaughter loves this scooter. It is peppy. Well made product and nice looking. Thought it was a little pricey. The weight limit on the site states 225 and the scooter had a tag that said 190.
