Love rain-x products
If you follow the directions you will see a differences when it rains. It's very simple to do and doesn't take up a lot of time applying it. As I was removing the seal. I just picked my finger through and there was a slick feel to my finger. It give me a bit of a pause to think this maybe pretty good. There several applications in this bottle. I think this has helped me to see better while driving in the rain. Having applied this to my daughters windshield. Which is really skittish when driving especially when it rains. It's gives me comfort knowing when she drives in the rain that it's just not pouring down her windshield but beading up and moving fast out of her way. I maybe making it bigger in my mind but it makes me feel better. Thinking that she's not out there freaking out. Doesn't come with cloth but I like using my microfiber clothes.

Not as good as it used to be
Rain-X is a product I've used in the past with good results. I liked their anti-fog product even better than the original. As a matter of fact, I still had a bottle of each left from years ago. When testing the new product, I made sure to follow the directions on the bottle, but the results were nowhere near as good as it was years ago. I cleaned my windshield well with a glass cleaner, waited to make sure it was completely dry, then applied the Rain-X product in circles as directed. It dried with a haze like it said it would, and then I removed the haze with a clean towel. Shortly afterward, we got in the car to go somewhere but didn't leave the driveway because there was still a haze on the windshield. We had to get out and wipe it some more - we used a spare fast-food napkin. It happened to be a rainy day, which was perfect to test the product. The rain did bead some, but it kind of just stayed on the windshield for the most part. In the past I remember the beads of water rolling away when I used it. The new Rain-X product also comes in 3.5 ounce bottles when it used to come in 7 ounce bottles so you get half as much. The new bottle went into the cupboard behind the originals since it's an inferior product in comparison.

    Works great!
    I am only able to share a pic of the flyer received because a family member saw and took my RainX bottle before the pic was taken. It worked really well in repelling water and keeping my windows clean. My cousin loves the product too and took it for his car. Gotta love family. I high recommended.

    Rain-X WORKS!
    Here in Central Florida, during most of the year we experience frequent afternoon rain. I have used Rain-X for years on both my car and truck windshields as well as the visor on my motorcycle helmets. Driving in light, misty rain is annoying and an application of Rain-X Water Repellent has always made life easier by causing the rain to immediately bead up and be swept off of my windshield by the wind at highway speed. Application is very easy, I would just ignore some of the comments from people who clearly did not bother to actually READ the instructions. When the product is applied to clean glass (and I use a small square of terry cloth towel to conserve product) it dries to a hazy coating. It is supposed to do that. When the haze dries, just buff it out with a microfiber towel. The results in the very first rainstorm will amaze you. I promise you that you will be tempted to not even use your windshield wipers, it is that good. If you experience frequent rain, you will need to retreat your window glass at least once a week to keep the water repellency at an optimum level. I have been considering buying Rain-X brand windshield washer fluid that may extend the need to re-apply the original formula. Buy it! It works!

    Crystal clear view even on older vehicles
    This was my first time trying the Rain-X water repellent product. I had heard about it for years but kept putting off trying it. WOW what a shock!. I finally decided to try it and could not believe the difference. While driving down the road beads of water just fly off my windshield. I know it says to still use windshield wipers for safety reasons but to be honest, I have not needed them. It's as if rain just magically disappeared. I am so sorry that I waited so long to try it. It is very easy to apply the temperature just has to be over 40 degrees. I highly recommend to everyone and especially those who are on the road a lot. Doesn't take very much product so it goes a long way.

    I WILL SAY I HAVE BEEN USING RAIN- X FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT IS NOT OFTEN THAT YOU CAN FIND A PRODUCT THAT LIVES UP TO ITS CLAIMS, BUT I ASSURE YOU THAT RAIN- X DOES. APPLY THE PRODUCT PROPERLY AND WATCH THE RAIN BEAD OFF YOUR WINDSHIELD WITH EASE!! I HAVE BEEN IN RAINY WEATHER ON THE FREEWAY AFTER APPLYING RAIN- X AND DIDNT EVEN NEED TO USE THE WIPERS, THATS HOW WELL THIS PRODUCT WORKS!!     Rain-X Original is bank!
    Tried out Rain-X Original on my 2001 Chevy Malibu LS while at the local self-serve car wash. Worked great. I didn't used very much at all and was able to cover my windshield, side windows, side mirrors, rear window and headlamps! And STILL have more than 3/4 of the bottle left! I've always sworn by Rain-X and now I know I'll keep a bottle of it in my car. I feel the application will only need to be used every other car wash as it does seem to last. One application has lasted all this week and we've had some high winds and drizzle, yet I haven't seen any streaking yet. My pictures are from the time of application about 5 days ago. Really nice. Went on smooth and had no streaking at time of application. A little goes a long way, but make sure to apply to all reflective surfaces to help keep them clean and streak free. Winter is coming and it pays to have some Rain-X on the windshield, windows, mirrors and headlamps as it really does make de-icing easier as well as keeping the rain at bay. I would love to be able to show you all of the photos, but only two are allowed, probably due to file conservation, but I hope you see how well my windshield shines after the application. I know you'll love it too.

    RainX - The Original
    For 40 years, RainX has been the original windshield treatment for your car. Nothing help repel rain from your cars windshield like RainX, and it is so easy to apply. Clean your windshield then apply it to your windshield with a microfiber tower in small overlapping circles similar to how you would apply wax to your car. Wait for it to dry to a light haze then buff it off using a clean microfiber towel. You will love how water beads and slides right off your windshield. At highway speeds you may not even have to turn your wipers on in light rain conditions. It is also great for your sliding glass doors or glass shower doors. I've used it for several years and love it. Try it - you will be glad you did.

    I love Rain-X
    I love this Rain- X Original Treatment for my windshield. It works great at making the rain bead up and run off my windshield. Instead of the rain blocking my view and making it hard for me to see to drive. I have always been a fan of Rain-x products and this Original treatment is great! I have used it on all of my vehicles. They are very affordable products also! I highly recommend this and definitely will be buying more Rain-X Products including this Rain-X original treatment!

    Easy to apply
    I just opened and applied this Rain-X to my front and rear windows on my car. It was very quick and easy to apply. Dried almost immediately and I wiped it back off. I found it a little difficult to wipe all the residue off to the point where I could no longer see it. It is showing some streaks when you look in the right light, but doesn't bother me. I tested it by pouring water on my windshield and it ran off quickly but not completely. Overall, I like the product and am anxious to see how it responds when we hit the rainy season.
