    I like the quick results and would recommend this
    Ive been taking it a week and I already am beginning to see results. I will absolutely reorder. I don't feel as if it gives me more energy and I have a sensitive stomach so I had a little discomfort initially. Im still sold on it.

    I got these to see if they could help me lose some weight, I had been feeling better taking probiotics previously. so I figured the added weight loss might help. well, i am 3 weeks into taking them, and not only have i gained 2 inches, but I also seem to have developed issues with my circulation. I would not recommend these.

    My doctor recommended that I take probiotics for weight loss considering I have a low thyroid. I got these and follow the directions to take 3 pills at least 30 minutes before a big meal. I've tried them twice and was so nauseated, I threw up. I really do have a good stomach and it's been years since I threw up. I know for a fact it was the pills. It tasted like vanilla chalk. maybe this is a rare side effect of these pills but I wouldn't recommend them. I won't be taking them again.

    I loves this product. I have been on it 9 month. I lose slowly but it help my digestive and my immune system. I haven't been sick or with a cold. It does help with your appetite craving. Give it a try.

    when nothing else helped
    I found this by accident. I wasn't trying to lose weight but maintain what I had lost. The real "bonus" is when my digestive tract started functioning like it's supposed to.Thank you Wal-mart for this nesseccary introduction.
