Amazing buy
It took me months to find the size tv I wanted for my living room without breaking the bank. I was skeptical to being with because it's not a very popular brand but this tv blows every other tv I've had out of the water. The picture is amazing it's extremely easy to set up and it's worth every penny. I'll admit the price is what turned me on to buying it but I have friends who have spent hundreds more who don't get as clear of a picture! If you're in the market this is a must!

The picture is great. Very good. I use an external sound system through the headphone jack, this tv has a lot of static in the headphone jack. I cant make it stop. My last two flatscreens didn't have it (a 32 and 46") It isn't a bad tv, just needs help with the jack, I had to buy a newer rc jack sound system. Tv isn't that loud, but just about none of the flatscreens are. I do recommend this tv, for the price it is great and the picture quality is well worth it. I is very light for its size an easy hookup, mine is mounted on a wall mount.

    This unit is one of the more handsome sets I've come across. The feet that attach to the base could be smaller or better angeled, but as it stands, they allow for flat and low height devices (Roku, WDTV, Apple tv, etc) to fit perfectly underneath it, giving it a uniform feel with your streamers and set top boxes. It doesn't get much better than this, especially with the low price. This is an LED, so do yourself a favor and buy a sound bar that is 38" and up. Expect a small foot print, deep blacks, vibrant colors and crisp images. Do NOT expect impressive or even full body sound, once again, it is an LED.

    Worth the money
    This review is for the "Proscan Premium PLDED4331A 43" 1080p 60Hz HDTV". It's stated in the description that "You must have a source of HD programming in order to take full advantage of the Proscan Premium 43" HDTV". I have TWC and while they have many HD channels only some are in 1080 the others are 720. The rest of the channels are 480, which looks like a distorted (fuzzy) picture. This is not the TV. It is TWC. I considered returning it to Walmart because of the picture and sound together. As a last resort I used my ROKU 3 and surprisingly every channel is in beautiful 1080 i. I was surprised at the picture quality. I have since mounted the tv in our bedroom. 43 inches is somewhat large for a bedroom but for the price and picture i decided to keep it. I managed to adjust the sound enough so external device wasn't necessary. The rest of the description was very accurate. I haven't experienced any problems that were addressed in other reviews. This is the third week of use. I will add to this review in the future if necessary.

    Great TV for the $
    We really enjoy this TV and for the money it is hard to beat. It doesn't have a curved screen and its not "smart" and doesn't have 3D and its not Ultra HD, but this baby rocks for just barely over 200 bucks. You cant go out to the movies anymore and buy popcorn for that price. LOL. Buy it.

    I'll start by saying the picture is outstanding on this tv. I really love that it includes the electronic program guide feature which decodes and displays current and upcoming program information when watching over the air (antenna) channels. This feature is missing on so many newer tvs these days. The only negatives I found were a cheaply made remote, with the aspect button missing which changes screen format size, and that the sound quality is just fair as with all the flat screen tvs I've heard. I had every intention of keeping it, and I still might. I happened to run across an even better deal on a similar size Hisense tv on Walmart.com. Not sure which one I'll keep yet. Bottom line is this Proscan is well worth the money in my book. No problems out of box. Good luck.

    Before buying this TV. l had my work done on which one offers the best price and features. The comments about this TV, were GREAT!, beside the " Brand " which sometimes we tend NOT to look at because they might NOT be like other well known brands that we already KNOW about, that doesn't mean other brands will NOT! fair well in the market place, like this Proscan. l basically went by the great comments left about this TV. Great setup very easy to navigate getting everything set up.. I do have to say is just" OUTSTANDING" good audio. good quality picture beside the inputs that offers.. Very nice overall!!..

    a deal for your money...
    After you read 4 to 5 star reviews you will understand that you can't go wrong getting this TV. I really get into TV and know what I'm talking about here. Trust me, if you want a nice TV spend $500.00 OR buy this one and save your money. Do what I did buy a RCA sound bar and have the best set up for under $500.00 You won't be sorry,..

    Nice TV
    Nice TV at a great price. It arrived within just a few days using the free shipping option. It arrived in good condition with no problems. Attaching the feet was easy and getting it turned on for the first time was a breeze. Picture settings were adjusted to the preset "Dynamic" setting for the best picture. The sound was adequate and unless you are an audio perfectionist should not be an issue. Clarity and picture quality is excellent. The only problem I had was finding a code to set up my Direct TV remote to activate the volume and on/off function. I was finally able to get a code after contacting Direct TV. Happy so far but kinda wish I had opted for the larger screen.
