Bedtime Lullabies!
The Project Nursery Sound Soother works amazing for my son at naptime and bedtime. Since receiving it, he's been falling asleep sooner listening to the lullabies and natural sounds. The sound soother has six preloaded sounds, four natural sounds and two lullabies. It has a sleep timer with three settings, or you can choose to let it play constantly. The function buttons glow in the dark,and it's designed with a flexible clip. You can clip it on a stroller, diaper bag or in the car. I sometimes use it in my car and my son enjoys playing the sounds while cruising.

Love this sound soother!!
I absolutely love this sound soother! My three year old already knows to go and grab it so she can fall asleep. The buttons are so easy to use, my three year old sets it up. If you leave it underneath a lamp for a while, maybe 15 minutes before bed, it'll glow. There is a button to turn on the machine, turn on a timer, volume up and down, and a button to change the sound. This is a great gift idea or even to keep for your own kids. I don't foresee us using this on a stroller or hanging on anything because the clip falls off easily. Other than the clip, this is a great sound soother.

    Compact and great
    This is perfect for all the moms on the go and for the babies who sleep with a sound on. This posts le sound machine is very soothing as it has a couple of lullabies and sounds for the babies to enjoy. It also clips to things and is light enough to place it near the baby. It is tiny and does the job.

    Excellent Sound Soother
    The Project Nursery portable sound soother is a welcome addition to the go-bag of any parent of young children. It is made of heavy duty plastic and comes with a heavy duty child safe clip so it can be attached to a stroller, backpack, or car seat. There are four time settings (15 min, 30 min, 45 min, and indefinite). The control buttons are easy to use. In order to turn on the device you have to hold down the power button for several seconds. The same goes for turning it off. There are six noise settings varying from gentle music to white noise to heartbeat. There is a flat bottom so the sound soother can be set upright on a table. I've used other portable sound soothers before and this is a great quality addition. I recommend this to any parent of young children, or parents-to-be.

    Great volume control, nice music
    I like the compact and smooth sided shape including the flat bottom so it can stand up. I like the plastic screw in the back which won't rust. I didn't realize that you have to press and hold down the power button to turn the unit on. I kept pressing the power button but not holding it down and the unit wouldn't turn on. The range of volume was really good - goes from very soft low noise level to really loud. I like the hook which is easy to put on a stroller handle or many other places. You could always use a regular carabiner in place if you lost the original hook. My favorite two sounds were the musical ones which are the first one that come on. I did not like the third noise which felt like an old tube tv that has a channel on it with all white/grey fuzzy screen and that scratchy noise. That 3rd noise was honestly awful. The fourth noise was ok if you like that background type of noise that's just humming/buzzing. I did not like the 4th noise but it was ok. The heartbeat was not something I would enjoy listening to as an adult and my youngest is no longer an infant but I could see a newborn or infant like the heartbeat sound on a low volume. Overall I would recommend this because it's compact, ready to use right out of the package w/ batteries, has nothing to scratch or cut a baby's skin, you'll likely like at least a couple of the sounds, GREAT volume control.

    I Love this sound soother
    I absolutely love this sound soother. It is compact and portable and easy to use. You can bring it anywhere really! It is smooth, no rough edges. You can place it right in the crib or hang it. I even tried it myself a few nights :) I put it under my pillow with the ocean sounds....slept like a baby! I love that it has a timer as well, so it doesn't play all night. The other reviews mention that it didn't turn on - it does have a weird feature....you have to press and hold the power button for a moment for it to start, it took me a moment to figure this out. Would definatley recommend to a friend.

    Awesome! My baby and I love it.
    Very convenient and very awesome! My baby sleeps so much better after using this. The sound is crisp and clear with no static. It has 6 different sounds to choose from. 4 are natural and 2 are lulabies. It has glow in the dark buttons so it can easily be seen in the dark. You can choose to put it on a timer or just play it constantly. Stand it up in the nursery or it comes with a flexible clip for clipping on the stroller, diaper bag or even in your car. It would make a great baby shower gift.

    Compact, works just fine, great battery life
    I am rather impressed with this little sound machine. I have a very similar one that is green trim and a slightly different case, but otherwise seems close, and I really prefer this one for a travel sound machine. The button ring glows in the dark which is helpful to be able to find it if needed, but it's not bright enough to make it easy to see the buttons. There are multiple sounds to choose from, but I always think the songs and heartbeat sounds are kind of weird. I like the ocean waves and white noise personally, though I prefer pink noise (deeper) to the white noise so I wish this one had that! However, the buttons click kind of loud when you press them to change the volume or sound, which isn't ideal with a sleeping baby but never bothered mine. Really I'm impressed with the battery life on this. I've been using it for myself for a while, and taking it with us to a friend's house for baby naps, and it still has the first set of batteries in it. At least 2 weeks of all night, and a few naps. It has a timer, is loud and quiet enough for different needs, clips easily, and can stand up on the flat base. I wish it had more choices for white/pink noise, and that the buttons were easier to find in the dark. Overall I definitely recommend as a secondary sound machine.

    Perfect for Travel
    I love the idea of a portable sound machine. This is a great, compact size, but the volume is loud enough that it works well in lots of settings. The clip is great for clipping it to a diaper bag, a stroller, or even the side of a crib or pack and play. There are several sounds pre-loaded on the soother, including 2 true white noise options. The volume is easily adjustable. Batteries are not included, so be sure to have some on hand. And you must hold down the power button for several seconds to turn it on or off. Other than that, it's a great options for parents to have. My only regret is that we didn't discover this earlier in our parenting career!

    Good quality.
    I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart spark reviewer program. While my one year old is too old to care for this item, I tested it out myself and plan to hold onto it for when we have another baby (hopefully soon!) I like that it has a convenient clip to stick it to basically anything. There are multiple sound settings including different versions of white noise, rain, heartbeats, and lullaby songs. My favorite part is that it has a volume knob which our old one didn't have. It gets pretty durn loud too- even though it's small and compact. I highly recommend it.
