I was supposed to received 4 pads end up receiving 1. charged $24.58 plus tax and the customer services personnel sent the one back. the walmart site says that i.was given a refund. which I am still waiting on ?

    This is good can't say much for the mop though. Quit squirting water out not long after I bought and have to keep tank off when not in use because it leaks out. I just shake it on the floor as I mop

    Great system. Much more substantial than a swiffer. You can use whatever cleaner you like, even just water. They wash like a dream. We got a large breed puppy and this is a lifesaver for her messes. Oh the mud! It picks up her shepherd hair too!

    I needed an extra pad for my new favorite mop! This mop and refill are amazing!! You can mix your own cleaner, the head swivels easily and just toss in the washer when you're done. No batteries required and much more cost efficient than a swiffer!
