Makes a great snack - and lots of it!
We have only used it once but impressed by 1) how fast it made popcorn, 2) how good the popcorn came out w/ only 2 'klinkers', 3) much better than greasy popcorn.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/17/2023works wellpops the corn quickly. I use a one gallon container to catch the popcorn and it overflows and a few pops end kernels are blown around the kitchen. It's worth it, better than microwave bags.rich

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/24/2023Makes an inexpensive low cal, low sodium snack!!Great little popper and a great low cal, low sodium snack. No oil used in popping, and I use a no cal imitation butter spray. I also us salt-free seasoning to spice it up a bit. 1 - Do not pre heat popper or leave it running unattended after corn has popped. It gets very hot and can warp the corn measure/butter melter in the top section. Personal experience - I did that with my old one. 2 - Use heavier jumbo corn kernels . Tiny corn kernels contain less water and lack the explosive power of larger kernels to send them up, over and into your bowl. Personal experience - tiny kernels throw more un-popped kernels in your bowl, and leave unpopped kernels in the popper. An big advantage over microwave popcorn is air pop spits the corn away from the heat once popped. Microwave popcorn often burns the corn, when you try to get the maximum kernels popped. Lastly, previously unbeknownst to me, popcorn kernels don't last forever. They have a shelf life of 8 months - from the factory, equates to about 6 months when you finally buy it. If you live alone don't buy a huge tub of bulk corn. It may be cheaper, but a year or so later it will produce some very dry popcorn.....Personal experience!Michael

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/21/2022Healthy option for POPCORN.I've been using my Presto Poplite twice a week for a month. I've used both more expensive yellow popcorn (Jolly Time Select) and Great Value (Walmart) Yellow popping corn which is NON GMO. It doesn't matter if I'm popping 1/2 a cup of kernals or only 2 T, I usually end up with 6 unpopped kernals that get shot out of the popper before it actually begins popping. I end up with a few old maids as well. 2 T of corn makes 3-4 C of popcorn. No, it's not quite as tasty as corn popped in oil, but I feel better about eating it, and it's very easy. I remove the upper hard plastic chamber after the corn is done popping per the instructions and have avoided and problems with it warping from the heat.BudgetMinded40

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/29/2021Healthy, Fast, Easy! What more do you need? This hot air popcorn machine is lightweight, simple to use, easy to clean, and takes a minimum amount of space on my counter. It's a healthy way to enjoy one of our favorite snacks and the butter tray is a convenient feature. It takes about the same amount of time to pop a large bowl of popcorn with this machine as it does to make microwave popcorn and I like having the option to add my own flavoring to each bowl because my husband doesn't eat salt, but I do. Using this machine, we can share our popcorn, but still have it our own way.Paula

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/22/2021I like it!We got this air popper to replace our old one. I really like that it has all the information you need on the machine itself (how much popcorn to put in, including cup measurement info if you are not using the scoop). Cord storage spot is a nice bonus, too. Those are both features our old popper didn't have.Alicia
