Love it!
We love this convertible sofa! At first we panicked because we didn't read the instructions - of course - and found that the arms were missing! Once we read the instructions we learned the arms are stored underneath the sofa, zipped up behind a lining! How fantastic for shipping purposes! The box was completely beat up when it arrived so we were scared it would be damaged but it wasn't. Will definitely take two strong people to carry it as it is awkward and wants to fold up/unfold, but once you get it in the house it's just great! We LOVE the click-clack technology which makes it so simple to fold out. It isn't bad sleeping on it, especially if you put a pad on top or some extra blankets and just lay on those. It is what you would expect a sleeper to be, but it really isn't bad at all! We LOVE the look of it. All in all, we are extremely pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend it!

Looks cheaper is person. Material is dull and cushion is bouncy? Does not look similar to leather. I sat down and popped back up. This is not an understatement. For the money a cheaper futon would beat this.

    Great Faux Leather Futon
    I had been looking for a faux leather futon for nearly three months when I stumbled across this particular model. It was simple enough to set up, but I would recommend putting the little legs on before putting the long bumper on. The couch itself is rather firm, but my husband and I like that and I expect that it will loosen over time. This couch looks pretty darn good for being faux leather and under $300. My only complaint is that the back of the couch is not faux leather, it's all a nasty, thin fabric with zippers and seams exposed…and I'd wanted to have the back facing out, but because of this (which wasn't pictured) I have to put the couch against a wall. It still works for me and I'm pleased with the overall product. I think perhaps this would be best suited for a study or office.

    Nice looking sofa
    Looks great, can't beat the price for a sleeper sofa. I'm not sure how durable it is if you had kids jumping on it, but seems to be holding up well for 2 normal sized adults. The finish of this couch is flat not shiny - just an FYI. Overall I'm happy.

    Great value for the price
    Simply put, this is a low-cost solution to getting a nice "leather" sofa. It looks real enough, is comfortable (but firm), and the click-clack feature works fine. Assembly is somewhat involved and some of the pre-drilled holes don't quite line up, but with a little work I got this together in just under 30 minutes.

    Wow! This was a dream come true. :)
    Couch is perfect. Looks exactly like it's beautiful advertisement photo. I am a single mom, and with much patience, and carefullness, I unpacked it and assembled it myself. (I would reccommend asking someone for a little help though. I am still amazed I did it alone.) Couch is beautiful, firm, sturdy, comfortable, and assembles exactly as directed here at the website. The back is easy to adjust into many different angles for your sitting or laying down comfort! Amazing! You unzip the underside to remove the side pieces, which already have the legs attached to them. I am going to order a second one for the other wall in the living room asap. Thank you for making and selling this wonderful product. Also, the shipping people were wonderful, easy to contact, polite, helpful, and the delivery man called me on his way here, and slid the box inside into the living room. Perfect experience! Thank you so very much for this wonderful product!

    Extra easy to put together.
    This couch/futon is very easy to set up and is quite sturdy. Took about ten mins to get it set up. The hardest part was getting rid of all the cardboard packaging. It also fits a twin fitted bed sheet perfectly. I have two large dogs and they have yet to mangle it.

    Just what I wanted!
    We needed an attractive sofa in a spare room to accomodate an ocassional sleep over. The fact that this sofa is very attractive is a bonus. FOR THE PRICE, you won't find anything to compare. To say it is extremely comfortable would be a stretch, as it is very firm. However, it definitely fit the bill for our needs. We bought the Chocolate Brown and it is very dark, might even be mistaken for black in dim lighting. We are happy with the entire experience of the on-line buying. The ordering process and pickup was timely and the store associates were very helpful. The sofa was EASY to put together. Great storage hidden underneath, by the way. Just go ahead and order this sofa, you will not be disappointed.

    Looks and feels great, but...
    This futon is solid and looks really nice, but mine came with a few defects that make it a bit uncomfortable. One of the side arms is not properly aligned with the main frame. The difference is very small, but prevents the arm from locking in the middle; still secure though through the 2 other side locks. My biggest problem is with the main frame. The two reclining sections are again not properly aligned and the left side rests back slightly more compared to the right side. I thought about returning it, but figured the hassle to get this futon back to the store is not worth it. I would still recommend this if it came in perfect condition. Will most likely try to fix the alignment issue with a support bracket on the back. The material feels very smooth and overall the futon is comfortable to sit and sleep on.

    I love it
    I love this sofa... It's true, you get what you pay for; so they aren't the most sturdy sofas, and for me personally they feel very "FAUX"... BUT they are beautiful, the leather is soft and very aesthetically pleasing.
