Great product, horrific delivery service!
Prego pasta sauce is delicious!! Unfortunately, delivery from FedEx is horrific! Every time my product are either damage or broken!

    A household favorite
    Made dinner using this Prego Italian sausage and garlic sauce and there was no food left behind. My family devoured the pasta dinner The taste had a perfect blend of herbs and the garlic didn't over power the sausage. This will be a weekly hit in my home.

    I meant to buy traditional and ended up with this one some how and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was!!! So yummy. A lot of times, especially for work my husband likes pasta dishes, but he doesn't want meat. There isn't too much in here but it is so full of flavor. Even with sausage he really enjoyed. No soy oil thank goodness!!!

    I don't like tomato sauce, but I like this.
    I don't like tomato-based sauces, but I do like this. The garlic is very noticeable. This isn't bland, like most sauces.

    Almost homemade
    I normally make my own but sometimes a time crunch dictates an already made pasta sauce. This is my go to backup. You can actually taste the sausage, flavor and texture. Not like most jar sauces. Add a Tbs of sugar to lessen the acidic tomato taste and it's way better.

    This flavor has actual pieces of sausage in it. I thought it would be just flavored like garlic and sausage. It's good.

    Way better than most meat flavored sauces
    This Prego sausage sauce actually has recognizable pieces of sausage in the sauce. Most meat flavored sauces in this price range have just a kiss of beef fat flavoring the sauce, which won't really satisfy any meat lover. But this sauce has more sausage than even the Newman's Own one. Although it is not as high quality sausage as the Newman's Own, it is still a delightful weekday option at this price point. Well done Prego!
