Good Product and Price
Great price for liquid chlorine. It seems like prices elsewhere are going up this pool season (around $9-10 for 2 bottles). These were still under $4 per bottle at my local Walmart.

    Bummer
Overcharged Had bottles displayed in aisle at $5 I bought 2 but charged $6 each.. Had to wait in line again just to be told I paid right price but display is wrong… Most decent stores honor their mistakes..especially minor price differences…but nope not wal mart …DONT like it.? Get out we don't care, we're the largest retailer on the planet, what ya gonna do anyway? Well, probably right, I probably wont live to see the downfall of the retail giant, but here “on the ground” you can really feel the subtle cracks deepening..as they always put profit over people.

    good value
Very good price including shipping. Note came in the same box as shorts ordered at the same time probably not the best logistics lol. (didn't leak.. this time)

Easiest pool chlorine to buy. Delivered quick!
This chlorine from Walmart is the best deal and definitely easy to get delivered. Other retailers take a lot longer to get whatever chlorine they have to you. This is available to me the same day. It goes in the pool very well and keeps things normal for swimming all year round. I will keep this on hand at all times.

I spend less on liquid chlorine than powdered
I started using the liquid chlorine from Walmart last year. My pool is 20' X 46' and holds 30,000 gallons of water. I pour a gallon of chlorine to shock the pool without the usual milky water with powdered shock.

    Product fine, delivery bad.
The product seems fine, but you simply cannot trust Walmart for online delivery. Only 2 out of the 7 gallons I ordered were delivered, yet the delivery driver marked the whole order as complete. Customer support was helpful, but it's just added hassle to work with them. Seems like half the time I order multiple items from Walmart I have poor delivery experiences.

Cheapest way to maintain pool water.
Even though the price has doubled over the past year, it is still affordable and good quality chlorine. You can use in place of tablets and shock and save lots of money on pool maintenance. Don't leave outdoors in the sun or heat, product deteriorates fast, and becomes useless. Keep indoors to prolong quality and efficiency.

rip off 120 oz measured 3x versus 128 advertised.
I have bought many bottles for my pool. I started measuring the contents. After 3 bottles each had only 120 ounces maybe 121 at the most and the bottles say 1 gallon or 128 ounces. I measured 3 bottles and each time only about 120 to 121 ounces. I'll be contacting pool essentials and Walmart. this borderlines on a class action suit.

Glad for an affordable pool-shock option
Good deal for the money, especially during these days of shortages and alarming inflation. I normally would use the 1 lb. packs of granules to shock my pool, but they're getting hard to find and increasingly expensive! This 1-gallon jug of chlorinating liquid seems to do the job pretty well, and I think it is close to the equivalent of nearly two of the standard shock packs in effectiveness. I use about 1/2 of a jug to shock my pool of 13,000 gallons, and that typically brings the chlorine level up from 1ppm to about 3ppm. (You do have to be careful about sloshing this product onto things; it's a powerful chemical that is harmful to skin, and it will also bleach fabric very quickly!)

Don't waste your time or money
I loved the price of this buuuuuut it completely ruined my pool water it turned it beyond green I couldn't figure out how my pool went from crystal clear to green Sooo I got some algaecide checked all my levels they were good even had my water tested at the pool store. This chlorine turns your water green after spending countless days and money on algeacides an clarifiers I realized I changed the chlorine to this so I went back to my prior chlorine not even a whole day later my pool was clear again. The whole time the problem was this.haven't had a problem with my water since I stoped using this. Be careful price is nice but you'll spend twice as much on other chemicals trying to get ur water clean

Walmart is the go-to for your basic pool needs!
Walmart's chlorinating liquid is always fresh and the tabs always pull off easily, which is a big plus. No one likes struggling to get a safety tab off, only to have chlorine get all over your hands! We've been buying Walmart's chlorinating liquid since before they brought in the higher sodium hypochlorite of 10%, so were very happy when they began selling the higher value. Great product, highly recommended.
